I joked last night to my husband that now that Hillary won, Romney will see "change" only gets you so far and drop that theme. Well, I guess it's true. I actually do think he economic fix it theme is effective, especially for Michigan, and makes use of his unique strength which is business expertise. The question is whether the voters are dizzy by this point of the "theme a week" and whether those personal qualities which voters in NH thought more important than issues will also motivate Michigan voters. Oh, and those Independents in Michigan, of course, have no place else to vote other than the GOP primary.
