Onward

McCain and Romney are in another death match in Michigan. If Romney doesn't win in his home state it would seem he really is finito. The silver medal stuff only goes so far. McCain could likely survive a loss there but it would dampen certainly his momentum. Both will have to go all out while Huckabee and Thompson spend virtually all their time in South Carolina. In a day or so we'll see if McCain gets his NH bounce. But what we learned from Obama is the bounce may not last five days let alone a full week. Those darn voters are going to vote they way they want. South Carolina by the way has a great record ( e.g. Bush in 2000, Reagan in 1980) of ignoring NH.
