On foreign policy, Romney says executive experience counts.
McCain says you need to know what you are talking about. McCain
points out Romney's less than enthusiastic support for the Surge
but without venom. Romney says he was a governor at the time so
didn't comment( I don't think this helps) and says his skill is in
using judgment to make good decisions. They were both strong. I
don't think either is changing anyone's minds but maybe making
their own supporters feel better about their choice.
