If you didn't like the first NH poll of the day showing the race tied try another showing McCain with a nine point lead. Meanwhile McCain continues to go after Romney for suggesting foreign policy experience isn't important and you can just get someone from the State Department. (Yeah, letting the State Department set foreign policy has always worked out so well for conservatives.) Meanwhile Romney, in case you missed it, now calls himself a "full spectrum" conservative. The three legged stool analogy must have not been testing well so they came up with this. Unfortunately, it sounds a bit like he's his own rainbow coalition of views ("A broad sequence or range of related qualities, ideas, or activities" is one definition) which may not be the best metaphor for a guy being savaged for not sticking to a particular set of principles.
