No Biden Surprise

Last weekend, I raised the specter of a surprisingly strong fourth place finish by Joe Biden. Now I still think he may come in fourth, but not in the strength necessary to gain any significant attention or momentum for it. I therefore withdraw those specifics of my prediction.
