Short version: Americans should have felt bad for John Walker Lindh to prevent Abu Ghraib, Bush is Nero, Justice Kennedy "ain't no Sandra Day O'Connor," the Supreme Court confirmation process is a joke, Republicans should just admit they're "not for racial equality."
