Al Gore III, the ex-veep's son, seems to have
a bit of a reckless streak. He's been arrested after driving
his Prius under the influence, going 100 mph, with an impressive
stash of weed and pharms -- "a small amount of marijuana, along
with prescription drugs including Valium, Xanax, Vicodin and
Adderall, said sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino. There were no
prescriptions found, he said."
This isn't a one-time stupid mistake, either; he's been arrested
on similar charges before. The spokesman says he "quickly
identified himself as the son of the former vice president" -- no
word on whether he used the "Do you know who my father is?"
line.
Perhaps the real news here, though, is that someone was able to
get a Prius up to 100 mph.
