From the campaign:
U.S. Senator John McCain's campaign today announced
that the Arizona Senator will announce his candidacy for President
of the United States on April 25th in New Hampshire. Senator McCain
will then travel to South Carolina on April 26th, Iowa on April
27th, concluding in Nevada and Arizona on April 28th.
Meanwhile, McCain, sings
"bomb bomb Iran" to the tune of the Beach Boys' Barbara Ann.
This Kos diarist was not amused. For what it's worth, I think
that hawks have enough problems already in trying to make any case
for potential preemtive military action in Iran, so it's not
helpful for McCain to be making a joke out of it. I wonder if this
changes Peggy Noonan's analysis of the stature gap.
