Fellas, I don't necessarily disagree that Gonzales is no big
loss or that he deserves to go. "Poor reason" was the wrong way to
put this scandal. I am just looking for a solid case that Gonzales
deserves to go -- independent of his other shortcomings. The media
and nutroots have uncritically presumed that he should go without
really explaining why. If the justification is either lying to
Congress or total incompetence in not knowing the facts, then I am
satisfied.
