Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in the mood to cooperate
with the Bush administration -- on his terms. From an interview
with CongressDaily:
"I would hope the man realizes that more than 75 percent of his
administration has been a total flop," said Reid. "There's 25
percent left. I hope he would [ask], 'What can we do together?' I
repeat: It's as if he wants to fail."
