The Romney campaign formally announced that former Gov. Bill Owens of Colorado (who endorsed Romney on Hugh Hewitt's radio show Thursday) and Tennessee Rep. Marsha Blackburn have both signed on to former Massachusetts Gov. Willard Romney's exploratory campaign.
