A Great What?

In the middle of a perfectly reasonable post on why Hillary Clinton for President is a bad idea, Andrew Sullivan drops this odd throwaway line:

I think she'd make a great Supreme Court Justice...
What can he mean by that? I can't imagine how that can make sense, from Andrew Sullivan's perspective or almost anyone else's. Is he praising her temperment, intellect, legal expertise, ideology, or something else that would make a good SCOTUS candidate that I haven't thought of?

Or am I taking Andrew too seriously again?
