Virginia Absentee Ballots

According to the AP:

Clay Landa of the State Board of Elections said that 131,998 absentee ballots had been requested and 115,422 of them returned. Only 44,493 absentee ballots were cast in 2002.
As I write this, Allen is ahead by less than 20,000 votes with 92% of precincts reporting.
