Congressman Jim Moran (D-Va. 10) told Arlington County Democrats
Saturday that while he opposes earmarks in theory, if he were
chairman of the appropriations committee, he would make sure his
district got its cut. "I'm going to earmark the s*** out of it,"
he said.
What a class act. Doesn't look too different from Republican
control, though.
