Rossen Vassilev

Rossen Vassilev served at the Bulgarian Mission to the U.N. in New York from January 1980 until his defection in July 1988. He is currently a lecturer in political science at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where he obtained his Ph.D. in political science in 2000.
