What better way to do that then with Al Gore and Joel Hyatt’s old network helping Yusuf to bask in the glow of stars like Joy and Jen? Maybe Yusuf could settle in on the couch at The View and explain to Barbara Walters just why it is he would love to kill all Jews?
Not last and not least in all this is Al Gore’s role in this.
Not since Aaron Burr have Americans had a former vice president of the United States who has gone out of his way to earn such a bizarre if not disreputable reputation. Burr, recall, was brought up on treason charges as an ex-vice president for allegedly trying to steal the lands of the Louisiana Purchase. Escaping conviction, he tried to raise an army and invade Mexico to make himself Mexico’s monarch. All of this after killing Alexander Hamilton in a duel.
Outside of the staff of Current TV, no one cares that Gore’s incredible hypocrisy was on vivid display when he tried to get a tax break by selling Current before the tax advantages vanished for Mr. Fair Share. Likewise, selling to one of the biggest oil suppliers in the world of Big Oil, while again an amusing hypocrisy, is nothing more than an exercise in capitalism.
But handing over an American television network to a TV group whose big star is out there demanding that women be mutilated, gays executed, suicide bombers praised, and that Hitler was one great guy for the Holocaust?
Really?
One would think that this was too much for even Joy Behar and Jennifer Granholm – the latter, one must note again, who was not that long ago the Governor of Michigan. An American state that presumably counts among its population American Jews, women, and gays. None of whom, one suspects, would take kindly to a governor who thinks it’s just dandy to count among her new colleagues a guy who believes in killing Jews and gays when not mutilating women in the name of Allah.
It isn’t apparently.
Nor is it too much for The New York Times, which promptly criticized the decision by Time Warner not to carry Al Jazeera.
One can only marvel at the silence of all those liberal groups that have spent their time trying to push whomever off the air for sins against liberalism real or imagined. But when a network comes along that actively sponsors a guy who is seriously out there calling for the execution of Jew/gays and mutilating women?
The cat, as they say, has got their tongue.
Take the group Color of Change. Found here is a list of the group’s campaigns against America’s real enemies in the media. They include Glenn Beck, Fox’s Eric Bolling, and Lou Dobbs, Pat Buchanan, Bill Bennett, Donald Trump and… well, you get the game.
But do they care about Al Jazeera? Nah. No problem.
Well, surely Media Matters would be on top of this, right? You know, the folks who are perpetually trying to force some conservative somewhere off the air?
Um, no. This one is particularly rich.

Liberals never believe any of this means them. They also tend to believe that the people promulgating these ideas don't themselves "mean it" -- since they themselves don't really believe anything they personally spout off (save the part about really hating businessmen and chaste women), why shoudl they think anybody else does either? They won't believe the guillotine has come for them until they hear that swish of the blade descending. Liberals always believe that when the revolution comes, they will be on the winning side.

The bright side is that the "useful idiots" that bought into socialism also believe that people should not be allowed to own guns. So when their new masters at Al-Jazeera come to kill the Jews, gays, lesbians and perform female genital mutilation on the Infidels, they will not have guns to protect them. Conservatives who believe in the Second Amendment will be locked and loaded.
It would save us all much time and aggravation if Al-Jazeera simply moved their studios to Saudi Arabia or Qatar and took care of business somewhere else. It will be easier for them and the Second Amendment loving conservatives.

Since the lefties believe in having "gun free zones" such as schools, malls, militarity bases like Fort Hood, and other public places as the answer to criminals using guns, maybe we need to declare the area around the President, VP, and Congressman as "gun free zones." We can then save money by redploying the Secret Service.
If gun free zones are good for schools and military bases to protect children and the military, they they should be enough to protect the P and VP and Congress.

So yeah, I believe Joy Behar doesn't see the problem with her show being in the same lineup as guys who handle gender diversity and women's rights, and worshipping in the other two Abrahamic religions as capital offenses, and killing a kid with a rifle butt to the head with approval.
