There is an old Jewish joke about a boy who murders his parents, then throws himself on the mercy of the court as an orphan. It is a great joke and applies in a huge way to Mr. Obama, Mr. Axelrod, and their posse.

This morning, as I was battling the invasion of ants that is tormenting all of Southern California as we go through by far the worst heat wave I have seen in my 36 years here, I picked up and read the front page of my beloved former employer, the Wall Street Journal.

Sho’ ‘nuff, there was a story about new holes in the Obama administration’s pitiful cover-up of the terror murders in Libya. The administration is just falling apart in its attempt to explain why it was covering up for murderers in Benghazi, and the GOP is attacking the administration for their lies and miscues.

Here comes the good part. The Democrats are firing back by saying that the GOP is trying to “politicize” a tragedy. YES!!! The Democrats in the Obama regime screw up horribly in Libya, then lie about it. They are the ruling party in a democracy. But they are not allowed to be criticized by the main opposition party. If anyone tries to point out the President’s lies, that person is “playing politics” with foreign policy!

Mr. Obama, sir, we still live in a free country. We are supposed to point out the mistakes of the rulers. We are supposed to hold them to certain minimum levels of honesty and statesmanship.

That’s not “playing politics” as you call it. That’s life in a free nation with the rights of free expression and freedom of speech and thought.

When you Democrats endlessly raked Nixon over the coals about Vietnam, did anyone try to stop you by saying you were “playing politics”? When Bush 43 was being tormented for his misadventures in Iraq, did anyone try to shut up Harry Reid or Mr. Obama by saying that no debate was possible about anything that happens overseas?

When I contemplate that the Democrats are trying to shut off debate over something as basic as foreign policy and defense against terrorism, my blood runs cold. And Mr. Obama says he was a Constitutional Scholar? What Constitution? The Soviet Constitution of 1935?

Meanwhile, that nutty local man who made the Internet trailer about Mohammed, whom Muslims call The Prophet, languishes in jail. What happened to his First Amendment rights? How can he be in jail for free expression about a subject of worldwide controversy?

I know I have mentioned this before, but can anyone recall a time when an American was put in jail for a trivial probation issue as a sop to foreign terrorists? TERRORISTS. Not the Queen of England. Card Carrying Terrorists demanded punishment of this poor wretch — and we went along with it, sending out sheriffs at midnight with guns to bring him in.

It keeps getting hotter and hotter here in Los Angeles, and now I am starting to find ants inside my freezer. What does that mean? Those of us familiar with Revelation, tell me: what does this all mean?
