They call her RINO.
Queen RINO.
So here we go again.
It’s Indiana in New Mexico. On June 5th.
The race: the Republican nomination for a vacant US Senate
seat.
This time the part of insurgent Richard Mourdock is being
played by
New Mexico conservative businessman Greg Sowards.
And Queen RINO?
The feminized Richard Lugar of the piece? That would be former
New Mexico GOP Congresswoman Heather Wilson. A member of a GOP
group that opposes the repeal of Obamacare.
Sowards is being supported by reform conservatives,
most notably Kentucky U.S. Senator Rand Paul. Said Paul in his
endorsement:
Greg supports dramatically shrinking government. Greg supports
the 5-year balanced budget proposed by myself and Senators [Jim]
DeMint and [Mike] Lee. He agrees that our future generations of
Americans do not deserve to be enslaved by debt, and we need more
champions like him in the U.S. Senate.
Wilson is the GOP Establishment favorite. She is being supported
by the usual suspects, including Alaska’s RINO Senator Lisa
Murkowski. As seen
here at the Huffington Post, Murkowski was the
featured speaker at a Carlsbad fundraiser for Wilson in April of
this year. In the article, Murkowski is cited favorably for her
support for Planned Parenthood — and for something else.
Let’s let the HuffPo describe Wilson’s senatorial
fundraiser from Alaska. Reports the HuffPo of Murkowski,
in a story about Murkowski’s endorsement of
Wilson:
She criticized GOP presidential candidates for not condemning
right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh for calling Georgetown law
student Sandra Fluke a “slut” and a “prostitute.” Wilson’s campaign
did not return a request for comment about whether she agreed with
Murkowski’s comments.
Which is to say, Wilson couldn’t quite bring herself to take on
Rush — although as Queen RINO she’s touched every other liberal
Republican base out there, thus drawing support from the
left-leaning Murkowski. Then again, presumably neither
Murkowski nor Wilson are fans of the “Limbaugh Rule.” As
articulated by Rush Limbaugh in September 2010 as that year’s
elections approached. The Limbaugh Rule as stated by its
author:
In an election year when voters are fed up with liberalism and
socialism — and when the fate of the country as founded is at
stake — you vote for the most conservative Republican in the
primary. Period.
Bill Hussein O'Stalin| 5.24.12 @ 6:22AM
And another RINO is supported by the Republican establishment.
The same establishment that complains about Romney.
Barly K. 9 | 5.24.12 @ 6:26AM
John Sanchez, Lt.Gov. of New Mexico, could have beaten Heather, but he dropped out due to lack of support from Rep. Gov. Susanna Martinez. Republicans in New Mexico are in sad shape. Did not even field a candidate for DA of Bernalillo County, the largest in the state which includes Albuquerque.
TLP| 5.24.12 @ 8:35AM
First of all, and for the Record: Sandra Fluke IS a Slut, and Tamara Holder is a Black Man's WHORE. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)
Now, where were we?
New Mexico. But first, if Mark Levin is out there? I know that Mr. lord is a good friend of yours, and that sometimes, you take a peak at what he writes.
I have a question concerning your Defence of Orin Hatch. My question is this: When is enough, enough? How many Terms in Office, is too many? I know how much you revere our Founding Fathers. I don't believe that they intended for the People's Representatives to stay on until they required a Hospital Gurney, to get them out.
I thought that George Washington's intent was to Set an Example, when he stepped down after two Terms. I think you know what King George III said about Washington, when he learned that Washington had no desire to set himself up as King. "If he were to go back to his Farm, after winning Independence, he would be the Greatest Man in the world."
I get it. You like Orin Hatch, but he's had his turn. It's the 21st Century, and ( as DeGaulle so eloquently put it) the Cemetaries are full of Indispensable Men. It's time for New Blood, and New Vitality. As the movie title suggests, this is No Country for Old Men. Time to GO HOME to his Grandkids. Or, are we gonna have to add HATCH to the list of Spectre, and Lautenberg, and Feinstein, and Rockefeller, and anyone of the other GERIATRICS, who need a Nurse on Standbye, and a Prybar to pry their fingers off the door?
There used to be a Buggy Whip Company on the Dow Jones. Then (oops) the Automobile came in to being, and the Buggy Whip Company went the way of the Horses, it used to Whip.
Orin Hatch has become that Buggy Whip Company.
Now. Whatta we got, this morning?
Right. The Lisa Murkowski supported, Obamacare supporting, THING in New Mexico.
I'm reminded of what JESUS said about Blind Ambition, and Winning at any cost: "What does it profit a man, to gain the whole world, and lose his Immortal Soul?"
I don't like Karl Rove. I don't like Bill Crystal, or Britt Hume, or any of the so-called Go along to Get alongers. The Karl Roves and the Britt Humes, and the Bill Crystals of the day, HATED Ronald Reagan, even as this New Crop, hates the Wit and Wisdom of the Tea Party. They like Mitch Daniels, who DOESN'T like the Tea Party.
These guys really believe, that it was THEY, who gave us Historic Gains, in 2010. THEY wanted McCain. THEY mocked Palin. And THEY, of Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush, and Bob Dole fame, want everybody to believe that THEY are the Sole Arbiters of our Fate, as Conservatives.
Once again, the surprise will be all theirs. We The People have had enough of THEY.
It's time they were reminded of that.

The picture above of Bush and Wilson says it all. Dump the Rino. The Weekly standard lives up to it's being Neocon central. If Kristol is against him, Sowards has to be the real conservative. For once Lord writes a essay I can agree with.
It is time to dump Rino Romney and nominate either one of the most popular conservatives in the country, Scott Walker or Rand Paul, or both. Romney is another Bush or worse, a know nothing on foreign policy and a bankster, shill for Unplanned Parenthood and gay marriage on domestic issues.

Jack in Wi.| 5.24.12 @ 1:28PM
You are the biggest troll of them all. I have been a conservative Republican my whole life. I have voted for the Republican nominee for president in 12 straight elections. That is more then any neoconservative or Mitt Romney. You neocons are no conservatives. You would not know one if you saw them. Go to hell with your lists. You are on my list as an enemy to any true conservative. You just can't stand the truth and honest debate. In fact in my sald days I probalbly gave 100,000 dollars to Republican candiates. I hammer both of them because I have a right to. I paid good money to them and voted fro them. I grew up and they have been disasters, for the pro-life conservative movemnt. Kick out the Rinos and their enablers. We are either going to take over the Republican party or we are going to replace it.

Romney has come out for school vouchers and is certainly infinitely better than Obama even if he is not a fully fledged conservative.
But there is a battle going on in the Republican Party and the RINO's are losing as exhibited with Bennett in 2010 and Murdock in 2012 (in addition to the references made by Mr. Lord).
But the misconception by many is that Chris Christie is a conservative. The TEA Party Groups across New Jersey beg to differ.
- Christie was for RGGI Cap and Trade. AFP had to pull him from the ten state program kicking and screaming
- He refused to join the ObamaCare lawsuit although it would have cost NJ about $1,000
- Borrowed $107M to implement ObamaCare infrastructure and capitulated only after much pressure
- He appointed a Muslim Judge that infuriated many in the State and conservatives such as Frank Gaffney
- He is currently pushing an Executive Order that will implement Agenda21 statewide. The Draft Plan say "Planning authority also takes place at levels ABOVE the STATE'S AUTHORITY" and references coordinating with EPA, FTA and HUD.
When a RINO of a RINO Governor supports cap & trade, Agenda21, and is accommodating of ObamaCare and Sharia Law; he is a HUGE RINO.
If Romney were to pick Christie as VP running mate, it will define Romney and make this race a bitter pill in defeating Obama.

" Gingrich: Conservatives Won't Let Wall St. And Romney "Buy Election"
"Look, the conservative movement is not going to sit by and let a Massachusetts liberal, who's pro-abortion, pro-gun control, pro-tax increase, pro-gay rights, whose Romneycare in two articles in the last 24 hours were described as the equivalent of Obamacare and who George Soros says is just fine. He'd be happy with either Obama or Romney [be]cause they are both the establishment -- that's just George Soros," Newt Gingrich told FOX News' Bret Baier on the campaign trail in Tampa, Florida.
"Now, the conservative movement isn't going to sit back and say 'Oh yes, let's let Wall Street, and Goldman Sachs and Mitt Romney buy the election. So you're going to see a real grass roots fight. It will be people power vs. Goldman Sachs and Mitt Romney," he added."

At the very least, Romney is NOT Obama, and that's enough for me. Romney is NOT stupid, Obama is. Romney is NOT a Marxist revolutionary, Obama is. Romney IS a self-made businessman and highly successful, Obama is a puppet for global Socialists and incapable of independent thought and self reflection. Romney IS loyal the People of these United States, Obama is NOT. This should be enough of a difference to vote for Romney, especially considering that there are no other options. We will get either Romney or Obama, no matter how much we protest.

They take power away from states and give it to the feds. You people are deluding yourselves, if you think there is a difference. That's why the label RINO is so stupid. The question is what kind of Conservative you are? A NeoCon, a Rush Limbaugh Mainstream libertarian pro-war conservative or a traditional conservative. But let's keep playing party politics.
Harry the Horrible| 5.24.12 @ 8:53AM

It gives me great pleasure to see stories like this, and Spectator is a must read, every day.
Americans are starving for the truth. Much of the American public has little or no faith in msm. They're excited to see the internet doing what it was intended. This tool that was given to the world by a bunch of nobodies, has paved the way to a new era. Now, because of the net, the world will have to face all of their fears. All the things like freedom vrs. slavery, good vrs. evil will be discussed by people the world over. When people see, some for the first time, what America has accomplished, in it's short time, they will have to reason that Americans and America has been the most successful form of governance to date. For our faults, we've made great strides in protecting all Americans right's. There are problems, but, imho, most of the problems will go away when we return to the intent of the founders, citizen government.
Our Congress was never intended to be anyone's career.
The House of Representatives was intended to be filled with Americans from all walks of life, not all lawyers.
We the people have tried allowing lawyers to run our country, and they failed. To their defense, I don't believe that it's all their fault, or just because they're lawyers. I believe that many people, when faced with tons of money, personal back slaps, gifts, stock tips, luxury vacations, and last but not least, lifetime pensions and healthcare, might just take the same stands. Our Congress dazzles us with footwork, and KO's us while we're watching American Idol. We the people must begin to remove all career politicians, the first priority being, from our Congress.
We need more Joe the plumbers, and Sally the librarian, and more regular people, from all walks of life, all careers, to go and SERVE in the House for 1 or 2 terms, then return home, to your lives.
Congress was never intended to be a career.
It does my heart good when I see articles that mention how dangerous the career politician has become to America. I've been bitchen bout this for a long time, as have others. I think it's the second most important issue we face, right behind removing all the people who believe that America needs to be "fundamentally transformed".
All I can say is "givemhell" in November.

Mr. Lord,
You have become a sloppy writer. It is a sign of laziness. You remind me of a recent liberal columnist in our local newspaper who is now a local liberal talk show host. He, like you, also thought that a complete sentence was a complete paragraph and the result was long, staccato, boring columns like the one you wrote here.
I am not suggesting that you try being a talk show host either. The liberal gentleman I mentioned above also has a habit of repeating the same thing three times in three different variations in order to fill up the time between the few calls he gets. But he is a liberal and being so he is trained to think in slogans.
You don't have any excuse.

As a resident of New Mexico I would be happy with a turtle to win as opposed to the Democrat candidate (Martin Heinrich) who is a died in the wool socialist. sirbourbon| 5.25.12 @ 12:28AM

This is only a surprise to the many conservative pundits (Coulter) who gush over Christie because of his YouTube videos. I want to know where Romney's endorsement is on this? The f_cking jerk supported all of the conservatives in the 2010 primaries so they would support him in his primary. Now that he has the nomination wrapped up he is silent - on New Mexico just as he was in the Indiana race.
Some conservatives with influence better start getting on his ass. If he keeps this up, the base will be disheartened (really more like pissed off) at him and may stay home in November.
Romney, if you or your people happen to see this comment, get off your f_cking ass and do the right thing. If our gal Sarah really wants to affirm her cred as a principle Tea Partier, she'll give our man Sowards a big thumbs up. As it is, she's in danger of being seen by her non-cult acolytes (like me) as someone more interested in inviting her girlfriends over for bridge, than in leading the crusade I still think she was born for. I get the Hatch endorsement, somewhat. Disagree, but get it. He at least has shown a selective fire in his belly when the chips are down. I get and agree with her respecting the Old Boys Network. But if she really wants to smack her Bar exam cheating, cocaine snorting, RINO b***h par excellent in the mouth, Lisa Murkowski, she'll give our man Sowards a big thumbs up. But if she sits this one out, she'd lose the street cred she's built up with principled conservatives. I love this article because every word is absolutely true.
The Republican Party establishment elitists, aka RINO's, are NOT Conservatives, they are liberal progressives just like the Obamacrats, but just uses the Republican party label as a ruse and disguise to hide what and who they really are.. Thus is why we Reagan Tea Party constitutional conservatives will do everything in our power to expel them all from power and office at every level of govt, period.
As far as these liberal progressive Republicrat RINO’s like Heather Wilson, Lisa Murkowski, Chris Christie, Susan Collins, Ann Coulter, Meghan McCain, and of course Mitt
Romney are concerned, the enemy is patriotic American Reagan constitutional conservatives, aka the Tea Party folks, not the anti-American Socialist-Marxist liberals. Amazing isn’t it..
She, Heather Wilson, along with her ilk- Lisa Murkowski, Chris Christie, Ann Coulter, Susan Collins, Mitt Romney, etc and so on, are the epitome of, and representative of what is wrong with the liberal progressive Republican Party RINO establishment, and what it is all about, their own little world of self-interests who wants to, has been, and will continue to collude and conspire with the enemy, aka the anti-American liberal left, to destroy all that is good and decent in this world, and will compromise every piece of the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and every other part of the Reagan conservative policy and agenda away, until there is nothing left for the people but outright open oppression and tyranny. Thus Heather Wilson and the rest of her ilk, are the very same liberal progressive people as Obama and the obamacrats are, and use the very same Alinsky tactics to attack patriotic Reagan constitutional conservative Tea Party folks in America.
I could care less about reasoning with them as it is a waste of time. The only thing we Reagan constitutional conservative people need to do is defeat these liberal progressive Republicrat RINO's, as well as the anti-American liberal socialist-marxist Obamacrats, from every level of govt office of power and authority possible.. And of especially the White House and Congress, and regardless of how many elections it takes to get there, we will never stop, and we will continue to protect and defend the US Constitution- the Bill of Rights, Individual Freedom, Liberty, and America to be that what it has been for the last 236 years, a Free Market Capitalist US Constitutional Republic.
If the Tea Party Reagan Conservative voters can vote in as many constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz of Texas, as possible to Congress, especially in the US Senate, and vote out as many progressive RINO Republicrats out as possible, then we can dilute their effectiveness to a minimal amount, and thus will be able to force Mr Mass liberal progressive RINO Romney's hand, if he becomes President, to be more conservative in policy and agenda.
