Columnist David Limbaugh, brother of Rush, asks in a recent
column, “Can anyone think of an innocuous reason that President
Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder oppose state voter ID
laws?”
The correct answer is definitely “No!” But even Limbaugh dances
around the full answer to the question, suggesting only at the end
that the lack of a good reason to oppose voter ID suggests that the
real motivation is an ulterior motive to rig elections.
Let’s be fully frank. It’s not just Obama and Holder, true. It’s
the whole Democrat party. And the transparent reason they oppose
Voter ID, and favor loose election laws like Motor Voter, election
day registration, mail in registration, online voting, and extended
voting over days and even weeks before Election Day is that vote
fraud is a central Democrat strategy for “winning” elections.
Protect Your Vote
The
American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) is a legal foundation started by
the late Robert B. Carleson, the former chief welfare advisor to
Ronald Reagan, both when he was Governor of California and
President of the United States. Carleson, closely backed by Reagan,
spawned a revolution in welfare policy, starting with the famous
California welfare reforms originating in 1971, spreading across
the country throughout the 1970s, going national with Reagan’s
reforms as President in 1981, and then culminating in the
outrageously successful, fundamental, block grant reforms of the
old, New Deal, Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC)
program in 1996.
Today the ACRU serves as a counterpoint to the ACLU, with former
Reagan Attorney General Ed Meese and other Reagan Administration
alumni or associates serving in the organization, including myself,
working as General Counsel since the organization’s founding in
1998. The Chairman and President since 2006 is Susan A. Carleson,
Robert Carleson’s widow.
A new project of the ACRU is “Protect Your Vote!” focused on
countering vote fraud. It serves at the ACRU website as a one-stop shop covering
voting requirements in every state, current state efforts to
strengthen ballot security, and the push-back from the left.
The project promotes model legislation for adoption by the
states, including mandatory voter ID, mandatory proof of
citizenship when registering to vote, and required signature
verification and proof of ID when voting by mail. Reform measures
would also include modification or repeal of the federal Motor
Voter dictates, which require states to register anyone applying
for a driver’s license without proof of citizenship, to offer
mail-in registration with no proof of identity, and to prohibit
government employees from challenging any newly registered voters.
Motor Voter also hampers states from purging the voter registration
rolls of those who have died or moved to another state. The ACRU
project also encourages citizens in every state to get involved in
the process to protect their vote by volunteering to be poll
watchers, help in voter registration drives, and a multitude of
other pre-election and election day efforts.
Motor Voter was the first bill passed under the Clinton
Administration. It is a transparent attempt to make our electoral
system vulnerable to voting by illegal aliens, who would
overwhelmingly support Democrats, and to multiple voting organized
by unions and left-wing extremist groups like ACORN. There can be
no other explanation for such lax policies, as Limbaugh’s question
suggests.
The ACRU’s worthy Protect Your Vote project begins to counter this
depreciation of our democracy. It deserves support from everyone
who recognizes the current Paul Revere moment calling patriots to
action to prevent the still developing Marxist takeover of
America.
The Vote Fraud Project
Democrats make the laughable, undocumented, unsupported charge
that voter ID and other ballot integrity reforms are just
Republican tricks to suppress minority voting, which goes Democrat
by wide margins. Our fine Attorney General Eric Holder sagely
advises reformers “to resist the temptation to suppress certain
votes in the hope of attaining electoral success and, instead,
achieve success by appealing to more voters.” But that misleading
rhetoric is just a smokescreen for vote fraud.
When partisan conspirators challenged the constitutionality of
Indiana’s voter ID law, the suit was laughed out of court because
the plaintiffs could not produce one voter who had been prevented
from voting because of the voter ID requirement. Numerous academic
studies, cited in the Supreme Court opinion, show no effect of
voter ID laws in suppressing voter turnout or participation. In
some states that have adopted voter ID, minority voting increased
rather than declined in the next election. These are the reasons
that the U.S. Supreme Court
upheld Indiana’s model
voter ID law as constitutional.
In that case, the established facts showed that 99 percent of
Indiana voters already had the required ID (see, e.g., drivers
licenses). Those who were disabled or elderly, who might not drive,
were automatically entitled to vote by absentee ballot, which
required no voter ID. Those who were too poor to pay any nominal
fee for an ID were entitled to a state-issued ID for free. No
wonder not a single voter could be found who was not able to vote
because of the voter ID requirement.
That is why Limbaugh’s question is so apt: Can anyone think of
an innocuous reason that President Obama and Attorney General Eric
Holder oppose state voter ID laws?
Why did Attorney General Holder just blow off the Supreme Court
in using the authority of the Voting Rights Act to nullify voter ID
laws in South Carolina and Texas? Did he find a single voter in
either state who had been prevented from voting because of the
requirement? If he had, we would all know his or her name by
now.

Fox News recently completed an investigation that showed that Al Franken was elected with his 314 vote majority after receiving over 1,000 illegal votes cast by convicted felons. That was the one vote that propelled Obamacare forward so there is huge risk to society from fraudulent voting.
Here's more:
According to emails obtained by WikiLeaks, which is led by the embattled Julian Assange, Republican Senator John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign staff allegedly had evidence that Democrats stuffed ballot boxes in Pennsylvania and Ohio on election night. However, the candidate chose not to pursue voter fraud, according to internal emails obtained from the private intelligence and analysis firm, Stratfor.
Stratfor regularly reports on geopolitics, narcotics, security and terrorism, particularly overseas. The company, which was founded by George Friedman, has high-level subscribers including at least one former U.S. Secretary of State, various foreign governments, and intelligence agencies. The U.S. Marines and the Department of Homeland Security are also customers. In recent months, Stratfor was in the news because a still unknown party hacked the Stratfor website and obtained subscribers’ names.
The internal emails in this case provided insight into Stratfor’s interest in U.S. politics. In an email sent on November 7, 2008, entitled " Insight - The Dems & Dirty Tricks ** Internal Use Only - Pls Do Not Forward **," Stratfor vice president of intelligence Fred Burton wrote...
1) The black Dems were caught stuffing the ballot boxes in Philly and Ohio as reported the night of the election and Sen. McCain chose not to fight. The matter is not dead inside the party. It now becomes a matter of sequence now as to how and when to "out"...

Franken's staff had done the math. They knew how much deception was required to win and when they didn't...why else would they have raised such a ruccus until the 'true' count came out in their favor? What Franken's thievery has done to this Republic and the inherent damage attributed to it is immeasureable. The man is a fraud.

I'm glad to addressed this issue with your comment.
Even Hillary Clinton charged 'election fraud' in Texas, documented how obama and, his crew committed the fraud by imitation, lock outs etc..
The truth is, without voter fraud, democrats can not win an election. While holder ignores the Supreme Court ruling that the requirement of ID does not cause harm to anyone; rather that it prevents voter fraud.
Unless the upcoming election is won by Romney with a landslide type voter precentage, the election will be stolen again.

They stole at least 3 elections in this state that I know of. They are trying to do it in the Walker Recall again. The elections are stolen in Milwaukee's inner city and the student wards in Madison mostly. Thats why the new voter ID law in this state was so important. The Democrats have that tied up in the courts. The Democrats won't have to worry about stealing the election in the presidential race. There is no way a loser like Romney can win this state. In fact I can't think of one state Romney can win that McCain didn't. No prowar Republican can.
DTOM!| 4.25.12 @ 9:48AM
Am I the only one who's noticed that Wi Supreme Court Justice Prosser won his election last year by the exact margin of votes under-reported on election night by one heavily Republican District?
Anyone working on the compilation and reporting of vote totals wanting to defeat vote fraud has a very simple tool available to them. Simply under-report your vote Republican totals until the heavily Democratic precincts have already reported theirs. Then find and release the correct totals. The thieves are lazy and they usually only steal enough votes for a re-count. They love to STEAL close elections, ever since Nixon-Kennedy was stolen in 1960 with Chicago ballots being 'found' at 1 or 2 AM after the downstate polls had reported their Nixon numbers.
But the under-report has to look like an accident. This is not cheating, it is simply working the system to defeat the real cheaters - who are perfectly happy throwing your vote, your rights, your money, your property, your freedom, and you into the garbage. Really. They are doing this very thing. Think about it.
Pete| 4.25.12 @ 12:46PM
Couldn't agree more. That was a fortunate accident or brilliant strategy, either way, it was very effective then and could be going forward.
Unger| 4.25.12 @ 3:49PM
Sad, DTOM, but you are probably right. Anthony| 4.25.12 @ 1:17PM
And this is precisely why I despise McCain and the rest of the R establishment.
For McCain and the establishment, the election was all about THEM and not AMERICA. McCain would not fight the voter fraud because he was more concerned about his status going forward in Washington than what was best for America.

How?
We can't even "Protect" ourselves from Obama's Black Panther SCUMBAGS, as we walk up to cast our Votes.
Maybe we DO need U.N. Observers in November?
We have a Leading Figure of the most Prolific Voter Fraud Organization in the Country (ACORN) in this Presidente'. ACORN is a part of him. It's in his blood, from his days as a Far Left Street Agitator, on the South Side of Chicago. One has to wonder if HE ever got any 14 Year Old Prostitutes from Colombia?
Let's face it. Somebody who wipes his ass with the Constituion, every day, isn't about to give a Shit when HIS PEOPLE are Pissing on all of the Voting Laws. And it WILL be His People, because it's ALWAYS Democrats involved in this Shit.
He, and his Congressional buddies, Fck with our Laws, all the time. They Forge Documents. HE puts in place Drilling Moratoriums in Violation of a Federal Judge's orders. HE has sent his Crooked (Fannie and Freddie) Racist "Blacks Only" Attorney General - that slimey Ccksckr - Eric Holder, to Squash any and all attempts by States to enact Voting I.D. Card programs. I did see your below comment and agree you have identified a problem area. After losing two dear family members recently, I contacted board of elections offices to make sure the names were removed from the rolls. I have several ideas on steps to take to try to clean up the rolls, I wish I could find someone in the GOP who would be willing to listen. I am going to try to contact True the Vote and see if they are receptive to them or if they have other suggestions.

We just voted in the PA primary. Lo and behold, my daughter, who has not resided in PA for 8 years was still on the rolls. We asked the rather elderly group there how to get her off the list as we had told them about this a couple of times before. These people are in their 80s and know EVERYBODY in the ward. They said they had all gotten together last year and gathered all the non-resident, moved-away, dead or whatever voters' names and addresses and sent them off with a request that they be removed. They said the book came back completely unchanged. I heard somewhere that they are prevented from changing the book. I suggested they just stamp VOID on top of the signature line of those they know are no longer valid voters.
Indy| 4.26.12 @ 8:54AM
If I were you, I would check to see if anyone has cast a ballot using your daughters name. In my state, I can check online my voting info and when I enter my name, it pulls up all of the elections I have voted in. I would also call your state board of elections and even the AG office if they don't remove the name. You may think about contacting True the Vote and sharing your story,

Unger| 4.27.12 @ 2:28AM
Indy, I am wondering:
If your state/county has online data (a big database) telling when you voted (month/year), maybe they have a "hidden" set of data that also says "how you voted."
Think about it.
When at the polling station on election days the one checking your name against the country, city, precinct roster says, "go ahead," you are usually told also WHAT / WHICH vote booth to go to, right?

Our Founding Fathers created a Representative Republic and Federal Constitution that provided democracy and eventually succeeded in driving slavery out of the South.
The Progressives (really regressive) have corrupted the big states and big cities with socialism (slavery) and now intend to enslave the suburban and rural (fly over country) having bastardizing our representative process.
The first conflict resulted in the Civil War. The second may very well do the same.
We hear of revolution by the Marxist. But it is more likely, in my humble opinion, that while the Marxist shadow government is in place, the South, Mid-West and much of the West is not going silently into the night.
Revolutions and Civil Wars typically bankrupt families, but the seminal issue is freedom. This is why if Obama steals the election, it is time to head for the Red States. They will have the moral high ground in this conflict.
Mimi Mayes | 4.25.12 @ 11:38AM
I agree with you - the red state people are not going to just fall in for the continuation of the destruction of this country! But I can't see how this will be resolved. Will there be leaders who will step up? Will it mean secession, and civil war? I prefer these rather than to submit to a lawless, dictatorial regime! For the first time in my life, I understand "Give me liberty or give me death!" I know now that I would willingly die before I will submit!
Von Mises Jr| 4.25.12 @ 2:35PM
VA approved nullification on NDAA. AZ looks like they may defeat the regime stopping them from enforcing immigration. States are signaling that they will not enforce ObamaCare. I think that they are stepping up?
Al Adab| 4.25.12 @ 3:34PM
Jr:
As you note on both this issue and Obiecare many States will simply not comply. That of course raises the huge Constitutional issue.
In the matter of enforcing federal law, as this AZ law does, do not the states retain the power to act on their own behalf and enforce law when the national government refuses to act under its obligations in the Constitution? Art IV sec 4 delegates authority to protect the states from invasion. Homeland Security head Napolitano was Governor of AZ when she declared a state of emergency over illegal aliens (see WSJ editorial page today). If the national government refuses to exercise its enumerated power obligation surely the States retain the power to do so.

There are Republicans in Chicago? Do tell. I was under the impression that a Republican is to Chicago what a Tree is to Brooklyn.
Ryan| 4.25.12 @ 8:31AM
Republicans need to do several things:
1. Have in place a strategy to be ready to contest any election in which voter fraud rears its ugly head BEFORE we go to the polls.
2. Get people to be poll watchers, and keep video cameras on highly suspect areas.
3. Take a dem talking point and corporatist issue off the table and push for some sort of paper-balloting with the automatic machines. A point HAS been made that the machines with no paper ballots are insecure and may have poor coding.
Indy| 4.25.12 @ 9:33AM
I hope you have volunteered to be a poll observer, I have and in my area there are many polling places that still need volunteers.
I would also add getting engaged with True the Vote to help review registration rolls. The greatest area of risk for fraud is actually absentee ballots. If the rolls are not cleaned up, the potential for fraud is higher. I don't know how much influence we have over types of ballots / machines v. paper...the state board of elections has that authority (I think) but it may vary by state. If the Dems control the state board of elections, do you really think they will make changes now?

Indiana's voter ID law is a good model. But those Dems are so resourceful that they have moved their voter fraud tactics to phony signatures on primary petitions. They even used the name of former Democratic Indiana Governor Joe Kernan for one of the fraudulent signatures. Dick Nome| 4.25.12 @ 1:24PM
Would you care to provide examples of Republican voter fraud?? Nobody in the race, no sh!t Sherlock, everybody has folded their tent except for Rube Paul who has been a non-factor from the start.
unger| 4.27.12 @ 2:36AM
Ballots were printed and locked and cocked long before Santorum announced he'd no longer be running. NY State ballots should have all featured the names/options Romney, Santorum, Paul, and Gingrich at least.
Just cuz a candidate drops two or three weeks prior, it sure don't mean a whole election setup can be altered to reflect the present-day situation. That's why states and municipalities cry for/call for filing deadlines and such.
Cpm| 4.25.12 @ 1:34PM
So Romney won NY? The state GOP chairman was for Romney? You think that's voter fraud?
The media said Romney would take the NY primary? And he did? You think that's voter fraud? What turnip truck did you fall off of? Educate yourself.
Big Bob| 4.25.12 @ 1:58PM
Could you explain how that demonstrates fraud? What law is being broken that you know of???
The Bruce| 4.26.12 @ 2:23AM
Scorpio51,
Let me ask again. Voter fraud? Explain. Were any of the previous candidates (Perry, Bachmann, Cain, Santrorum) not on the ballot that SHOULD have been? Should Paul or Gingrich have been on the ballot? Did they register in NY?
I'd be interested to see your response. If Romney was the only person on the Republican Primary Ballot, due to some wrong-doing by the RNC, I'd be most interested to hear about it.
If the non-Romney candidates (Paul, Gingrich) aren't on the ballot because they failed to register, then I'm NOT interested at all. I can't get onto the "fraud" bandwagon if both candidates failed to meet the requirements to be on the ballot in the first place.
Paul Windels| 4.25.12 @ 12:00PM
Does the Pew Report from February analyze how many of the 4.5 million dead/dual registrations have actually voted (or in the case of the dual registrations, voted twice in the same election)? I suspect many dual registrations take place because people move and reregister, but their new board of elections fails to notify their old board to cancel the old registration or the old board fails to cancel despite receiving notification. This is certainly a problem that needs to be cleaned up, but to what extent has this vulnerability been taken advantage of by those who wish to commit voter fraud?
A. Fox| 4.25.12 @ 3:04PM
Here in Maryland we STILL have several hundred thousand DEAD people on the voting roles.
Randy Dan Rostenkowski| 4.25.12 @ 4:48PM
In Chicago "several hundred thousand dead on the voting roles" is just in four or five wards.
Jobe| 4.25.12 @ 12:17PM
Opposing laws which require voters to prove their eligibility to vote is so outside the realm of intelligent thought that those who do so find it virtually impossible to come up with a logical reason for their opposition. Since they do not have an argument, they merely refuse to argue. Like a small child who wants what he wants because he wants it, obama and his butt boy holder do not argue the merits of their position, their position has no merits. They just tantrum their way. I think this inability to support assinine arguments could very well be the reason behind obama's hidden transcripts.
byron| 4.25.12 @ 12:46PM
I have a bad feeling this is all going to be taken to a new level in this election. I think Obama will declare the vote to be null and void and try to stay in office illegally. I hope I'm wrong.
The Bruce| 4.25.12 @ 1:16PM
Why nullify a vote count when it's so much easier to invent a crisis and declare Martial Law before the election?
I hope I'm wrong too.

In America we do peaceable transitions.
A poser from Kenya, Indonesia, Hawaii, Chicago, and Boston cannot and WILL NOT change this.
Now, what we will have to watch like a hawk is the damage, defacing, breakage, and outright theft that Team Obama & Czars will attempt in December 2012 as they are to be cleaning out their desks for the renovation teams.

Democrats CANNOT win elections without fraud. They are exposed. A majority do not like their policies. Last election was a clarion call that Democrats ignored. Democrats know they can no longer compete with ideas, they squandered their good will using political force to go for the gold ring - health care - thinking they would finally hold absolute control... The Democrat playbook is increasingly despised - it has negatively impacted everyone. Their past successes were framed and sold to an ignorant public. No more. Experience has caught up with them. Only those dependent upon government and others who replaced their spirituality with secular demons, pledge allegiance to the Democrat Party. Yes, the professional classes - those who develop Democrat policies of dependence, are no different than those who receive a monthly stipend. Only the size of the check separates them. Democrats - DONE! Attrition will rid us of the residue remaining - the hippie dippy policy wonks who persist in dreaming of Utopia while the real world crashes in upon them - and us. It's over Johnny.

Excellent article, Mr. Ferrara. I tip my hat to you. This is the most under-focused issue in modern America. I have worked the polls just three times personally and have seen voter fraud and vote station staff utter mismanagement/complete incompetence each time.
The incompetence ALSO exists in the tennis-shoe wearing old (nearly senile?) ladies and grossly overweight middle aged men who manage the voter registration offices.
My own most recent registering in my new state has told me how easy it is to commit voter fraud. I registered with minimal fuss in less than 6 minutes and provided next to no real proof as to my identity. I could have registered, I am sure, as Wile E. Coyote and would have walked out with a brand new, legit voter I.D. card.
Rac80| 4.26.12 @ 11:43AM
I have worked the polls for over 20 years (one of the benefits of being a stay at home mom is to be able to serve in your community) in Indiana and witnessed sevveral attempts at voter fraud by democrats (yes they were "student" precincts and I foiled the dems because I knew the people personally they were pretending to be!). I can guarantee that no illegal ballots were cast in the precincts I worked (and in later years- ran) because the sanctity of the ballot box is inviolate to me! I have already cast my ballot absentee for the May 8th primary, so I may work a precint not my own. It takes work to keep our elections fraud-free!
Skittles and Tea| 4.27.12 @ 2:46AM
Rac80, well, please, let me be just a tad skeptical. Or perhaps you are in a very rural Indiana voting precinct where everyone knows everyone?
I don't know how what you say would be possible in an urban area. Sure, you know those who've lived around you for 12 or 15 years and who vote regularly (if you are there working the very same poll station every time). But, in an urban, setting people are so transitory. How would you know the new people in the last 12 to 18 months (or 24 or 36 if they don't vote regularly)?
Yes, it does take MUCH work to keep our elections fraud-free. But the real fraud is not so much on election day as what is done 4, 5, 6 or 7 months prior when fraudulent people register to vote in your precinct fraudulently. Or do you want to tell me you work at the county/town voter registration office too?
How do you verify someone you think you know when "that person" is voting absentee or early voting?
There are a lot of gaping holes in how one can vote fraudulently and be a serial fraud voter.
Pelligrino| 4.25.12 @ 4:10PM
Yes, Mr. Ferrara's issue today with vote fraud in America is my pet issue. See, it does us no good to "kill" ourselves getting out the vote, putting up good candidates, helping to fund their campaigns, and beating back the inept and askew media -- it does us no good to do all these things if we lose by 5 or 6% points at the county-wide, district-wide, or state-wide levels BECAUSE we overlooked how the election was being stolen.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE -- The zone for vote fraud in America today is the senior citizens' homes. And, yes, the staff aids and abets this. This is rife with vote cheating possibilities AND ALL OF THEM are exploited.
You can have a parent or older sibling in a place like this and never think at all about it. I am pretty sure I saw this occur at a senior citizens home in Virginia with my great aunt and uncle being used (unknowingly, of course).
Look for lots of 'tainted?' absentee ballots coming from retiree and senior living homes this election year and in the next 30 years.
I say this: If your loved one is incapacitated, use your legal power of attorney rights to have that loved one removed from the voter rolls RIGHT AT THE DEADLINE just 60 or 90 days prior to an election.
Be aware. And beware.
So voting is different?| 4.25.12 @ 4:41PM
Sorry, I know that I am posting here a lot.
But showing color photo ID to do things in America is now everywhere.
I don't buy these products, but the scofflaw at the checkout purchasing booze or cigarettes must show ID. Amtrak requires it to purchase a passenger train ticket. All airlines do, certainly for boarding. Same for getting on a cruise ship or proving one's age at a gambling casino or horse betting track. Sometimes you need to show teen photo ID just to try to get a lower rate on an admission ticket. (No photo ID to prove age, no reduced individual or family rate) Military members show photo ID to get reduced rates on a whole host of items in America. At the local college's home baseball games, a man can save himself $3 or $4 on the game ticket price if he can prove that he is over the age of 55. So, one shows photo ID to get the better price or one pays the general admission price. Old ladies chuckle at the local buffet restaurant when the nice younger man asks for photo ID to prove their ages so as to qualify for the senior buffet reduced price. Sure, this is all for fun, but a bit serious too as their are frauds here. But mostly it is to let the older ladies get a laugh as they would wish to look and be under age 60.
We now show photo ID just to check into a hospital for a routine, scheduled appointment. No photo ID, well, your appointment might be delayed or their might be complications. Why the photo ID? Hospitals want to get the $$ issues up front, know who they are billing and if everything is up to date in the billing database.
Women now show color photo IDs for a host of medical procedures to include mammograms. Why? Easy answer: Fraudsters.
Think those trying in the medical facilities to fight against Medicare fraud don't ask for photo ID?
It is the same at the Veterans' Administration.
I won't do it again because I now cannot think why they'd ask for it or need to see it, but the last two times I purchased a cell phone, the 20 something clerk handling the sale needed to see ID.
You won't do any banking a all (legally, of course) without photo ID.
If you use a professional tax preparer, he or she needs to see photo ID. For you and your spouse.
It is also the same when your teen is taking a college bound exam like the ACT or SAT. Or that same kid, now older, is taking the MCAT or LSAT or GRE. Almost all now require photo ID and signed forms at the testing centers.
Yet voting is somehow different?
SetOurChildrenFree | 4.25.12 @ 4:49PM
The Democrats can't win on their ideas and their agenda, so they keep them hidden. And if deceit doesn't work, their fallback position is cheating. This is a lawless administration that will stop at nothing in order to hold onto power.
liz953| 4.25.12 @ 7:20PM
After the Black Panther nonsense in Philly, I would hope in 2012 that scenario should go like this: See guys in front of poll with nightsticks. Smile and go in to vote. Go home and come back dressed like a mime with a rubber chicken and silently mimic them. Get in their faces. Maybe blow some bubbles on them. Blow a vuvusela. Offer them sushi. Toss peanuts at their feet. Escort voters to the door under a red, white and blue umbrella. Have a friend take a bunch of phone pics with you smiling beside them, and Twitter /FB/email them to the press. Be so obnoxious that the cops send everyone away.
Is bravery and pride in this country reserved for the armed forces, cops and firefighters?
These folks do this simply because they are tolerated by a nation of politically correct cowards. And AG Holder knows it. It's time to man-up and fight back, even with just shame and embarrassment. And, frankly, doing this individually will drive the left crazy since they won't have an organization to rally against. And silently consider youself a shadow member of #occupyfreepolls.
Oh, remember to sweep up the peanuts when you leave.
The Bruce| 4.26.12 @ 3:03AM
While I can appreciate the humor in what you're suggesting, I'm a little more of a pragmatist.
Thanks to the Philadelphia (Black Panther) experience, this citizen will find himself approaching his polling place (legally) concealing a firearm (in AZ).
If I'm assailed by the NBPP while attempting to cast my vote for this November's election, I'm afraid that a few members of the NBPP might be departing this Earth through "less than natural" causes.
I'll not be denied my Constitutional right to vote via intimination from a bunch of thugs.
I'd rather cleanse the genepool with chlorene, and answer questions later.

Mullah obama has been preparing a massive vote fraud; why not, it was successful in Washington state governorship elections, in South Dakota and Minnesota senatorial elections.
His system of local soviets (that's community organizations in Russian) consisting of ACORN, SEIU, AFL-CIO, AFT, NEA, AFSCME, Teamsters, Steel and auto workers, local government union employees, and other goons and brownshirts will stuff the vote boxes by multiple votes, illegal aliens votes, transporting "voters" from precinct to precinct, etc. Obama has $8.7 billion from them still unspent from his stimulus bill.
What we must Do| 4.26.12 @ 6:05AM
All good patriotic Tea Party Americans need to plan to take off work on November 6, 2012 -- yes, that's , as always, a Tuesday.
Work it out now -- TAKE OFF THAT DAY.
And volunteer. WORK YOUR LOCAL POLL STATION. AND get on the inside of the buidling. That is where the action is . That is where you can observe and hear who is voting. And to see if they are properly identifying themselves.
Unless we get hundreds of thousands of good Americans doing this, I fear that the Demoncrats/Liberals/Socialists have overtaken this zone. They consider this their fiefdom.
WE MUST TAKE IT BACK.
I'd say one of every hundred voters where I am was a fraud of some sort when I worked it in 2010. And I was a pure novice armed with about a day of training and a week of trying to slog through reading state election and vote station rules.
Be OFF FROM WORK on election day. Be there on the front lines. And be ready with your cell phone that can audio and video record what you will encounter (although laws usually state that these devices are not to be "on" while one is inside the polling station).

They are stealing more than the next election. They are stealing our American birthright and America's exceptionalism. And it's not just AG Holder, ACORN, Obama, and the Democrats, but Mitt Romney and Marco Rubio, who, like Obama are not natural born Citizens.
In a legal system where the sovereignty bestows allegiance, instead of free Citizens, you are really nothing more than a subject to that sovereignty.

You are right. I believe one of the most overlooked facts in this and all or most other elections is the negative effect the Democratic Party is having on our Republic, Rights, Christian way of life, and taking care of real problems as though the solutions are a matter of political prference, with making Democratic Party choices appear to be always the best. The Dems have no history for non-political solutions for national problems. The list of wrong political solutions is too long to even begin it here. But, many Americans are becoming aware of the problem and sooner or later it will be taken care of by the American people.
The definition of our republic is its Constitution; all other definitions are false or incomplete.
