The Obama Watch

Bigoted Barack, Red in Tooth and Clause

The deformed heart of monstrous Obamacare is sick and secularist social engineering.

Modern liberalism is willfulness writ large — a godless ideology that rests upon the caprice of central planners. Under it, the fluctuating and often frightening desires of corrupt men, rather than the changeless will of a caring God, form the shaky measure of “good government.” As the grim chapters of recent history show — chapters written in the blood of millions of unborn children and other “undesirables” — taking God out of “goodness” drains the term of any coherent meaning, leaving mankind at the mercy of power-seeking ideologues.

Pope Benedict XVI calls modern liberalism the “dictatorship of relativism,” a phrase that neatly summarizes the Obama administration as it moves to crush the freedom of Americans through such monstrosities as the HHS mandate.

On one level, Obama is nothing more than a glib and empty pol, who careens from focus group to pollster. But on another level, buried deep within his cold and rootless personality, he is a man of perverse tenacity, a convinced socialist and secularist who was trained long ago to run the ball into the end zone for radicalism.

For all his joshing and superficial charm, he remains the creepy child of post-Enlightenment liberalism — the infant demigod presented between sets of oversized and plastic Greek columns at the Democratic National Convention in 2008, who as the proceedings concluded crawled back into the shadows to watch mutely the adoring crowds below.

Such a deluded Democratic president was bound to overreach disastrously. Obamacare is a “big f — king deal,” Joe Biden whispered into his ear. And it is — an unconstitutional coup disguised as altruistic legislation that was rammed through Congress by reckless partisan hacks who hadn’t even read it.

But the central planners and social engineers from Planned Parenthood had pored over the bill carefully. The passage of the legislation left them giddy with excitement, as they knew its unread provisions would soon turn into nooses for their religious enemies on the right.

The future casts its shadow backwards, said the late British writer Malcolm Muggeridge. Obama, red in tooth and clause, saw the devilish flicker of those shadows in his triumph of social engineering. “Darn tooting,” he declared to his most militant supporters — pro-abortion feminists who demanded to know from him during a campaign stop last fall if he was going to make good on his promise to manhandle the Catholic Church over contraception and abortifacients.

The raffish Greg Gutfeld, who, despite his screwing around on the set, remains Fox’s deepest and most perceptive observer of politics and culture, made the valuable point on “The Five” recently that one of the sick motivations behind the HHS mandate is a form of eugenics and ironic class warfare: Obama does not want the poor to procreate.

To put the point even more directly, Obama does not want the Catholic poor to procreate. Like Planned Parenthood’s twisted foundress, Margaret Sanger, Obama is a chilly eugenicist at heart who fears a backwards America “punished” by the babies of unenlightened breeders. China boasts a one-child policy; Obama’s is more like a zero-child one. Without a universally subsidized right to sterilization, contraception, and abortion via Obamacare, his Brave New World would falter and fail to materialize.

The brutal logic of these bogus rights, as Obama hints in his mumbles about “access” as the trumping value in this debate, is that everyone must recognize them. Who cares if the Church objects to financing the sins of her employees? The Church is wrong, and error has no rights, hiss feminists. The dogmatism of which Obama routinely accuses the religious is on far starker display in his own ideology, a species of raw social engineering that depends for its fulfillment upon bullying conscientious objectors at the point of a government gun.

This is a historic moment in the culture war — a crystallizing flashpoint in which the totalitarianism and bigotry long implicit in secularism rises to the surface and becomes explicit for all to see.

In the Senate, it is still the “Year of the Womyn.” Barbara Boxer, barreling up to the cameras on Wednesday, unloaded all of the despicable propaganda of Planned Parenthood. At once rude and kittenish, Boxer purred that Obama deeply respects religious freedom. That’s why he established a religious exemption for wholly sectarian organizations, she said. Never mind that feminist colleagues across the way on the House side were openly complaining about that “compromise.” In other words, left to their own unchecked secularist devices, they wouldn’t even grant that insultingly narrow exemption to the Church.

Here’s how the Hill put it: “Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) said there’s no need for the White House to adopt a wider religious exemption. Carving out churches and other strictly religious employers ‘was in itself a compromise,’ she said, noting that eight states have contraception mandates without religious exemptions.”

The essential character of secularism is totalitarian. For all of its chatter about religion as a “private” matter, for all of its nonsense about the “privacy of the bedroom,” nothing under secularism in the end is actually private.  The social engineers of Obamacare will determine the birth control methods of the unwashed. They will dictate the terms of man’s beginning through eugenic abortion and his end through death panels. And to gratify the bloodlust of bigots, they will leave the stained bill for the reviled religious to pay.

I am more convinced than ever that behind that wide grin, our president is evil - or at least a totalitarian at heart. Many such men ruled Old Covenant Israel and Judah because the people wanted it that way and God gave them up to it. They forgot their father David and the great works of God leading their fathers out the land of Egypt. Today, More and more Americans are forgetting the same, that is, our founding principles and our Judeo-Christian heritage. The future stares us in the face, beginning with Greece's collapse and worse calamity beyond.

Tim the Enchanter| 2.10.12 @ 8:16AM

Evil, Totalitarian, a distinction without a difference.

If those in this country who warm church pews on Sunday morning, who claim to be Christians, or had one shred, just ONE, of human decency, had NOT voted for Obama, we would not have this Obamacare mess. Did I want John McCain? No, but John McCain does not hate his countrymen and the principles on which the U.S. was built.

BackToBasics| 2.10.12 @ 8:50PM

True, all else being equal, and of course it would not be, I think if Christians had voted more for core Biblical principles, not one Democrat would have been elected president since Teddy Roosevelt split the Republican vote in his 3rd party run in 1912.

But the country would be a lot different if all of the Christians had voted more for Biblical principles over the last century.

C. S. P. Schofield| 2.12.12 @ 11:30AM

And what, pray tell, do you have against Harry Truman?

The rest, I'll give you.

BackToBasics| 2.12.12 @ 8:24PM

Again, "all else being equal," if FDR was not elected, Truman never would have beeen vice president.

Sharon Vesely| 2.12.12 @ 9:23PM

He may not "hate his Countrymen", but John McCain is an extremely "liberal" Senator. His wife and daughter are even more liberal. So I truly wonder just how much different John McCain may have been. He would be going the same direction down the same path as Mr. Obama, jus not quite as fast a pace as Mr. Obama. But, still doing a Lot of damage.

Mike| 2.13.12 @ 1:13AM

McCain would have wiffled and waffled and gone along with Nancy Pelousi and Dingy Harry and would have lectured anyone who disagreed.

Long as Neumayr's family is well-off, then he is self-satisfied and smug in the knowledge that his people are higher up the food chain. All the same, one can suppose social Darwinism is preferable to social engineering. Just elect Romney and then you can do social engineering with a clear conscience; knowing Romneycare Lite wont rock the boat, is safe as milk, but wont reduce statism in any way whatsoever.

Romney will be as a donut soaked in milk, all soft and pliable and malleable and yummy in the tummy.

Christopher C| 2.11.12 @ 12:38AM

You know, you, Mr Brooks, really have quite a repellant on-line presence.

Tina B| 2.13.12 @ 10:49AM

Nicely put, Christopher.

TommyS| 2.11.12 @ 7:53PM

And what will obama be? He will be a rotten egg in the tummy.

Jane| 2.13.12 @ 10:24PM

First, Conservatives do not intend to replace Obama's social engineering with social Darwinism as they are essentially different levels of the same evil. Second, who says Romney will be the GOP nominee? Further, your irrelevant references to the author's family expose you as an Occupy Wallstreet type who is feeding off Obama's efforts to foment class warfare. In America people are rich because they work hard not because they lay around complaining about not getting enough handouts. Progressives like you and Obama are rapidly killing the freedom for average Americans to achieve to the fullest extent of their abilities and in the process, yes, maybe becoming rich. Rich is a relative term. Maybe you're richer than most of us.

Alan Brooks| 2.11.12 @ 10:22PM

But when you guys correctly write of how "the Market is driven by self-interest" you mean it is predatory, Darwinist-
but that doesn't look good in magazines, it wont sell subscriptions to Christians who take the Bible as more than boilerplate.

Our research has found certain tendencies of sodomizing molesters who molest and sodomize sheep regardless of gender or age. These sodomizing molesters of sheep regardless of gender or age tend to post statements such as:

"Babies cry, laugh, eat and poop and breath. If it is NOT doing those acts, it is just a scab, a snot bubble" (fckewe 1.19.12 12:46pm)

Be careful what you wish for, hippie scum. The world you demanded in 1968 is now before your eyes; and when your Boomer parents are dead and you have no children to follow you, who's going to finance your Demands?

There are times I am thankful that I am not going to live long enough to see the Deluge. I would not live in the ruins with those who cannot understand what went wrong.

Timothy L. Pennell| 2.10.12 @ 9:19AM

Liberalism has been around since the dawn of time. It's actually, a form of Darwinism. It's a Natural Order thing. Like a Pack of Wolves, or a Pride of Lions. The ALPHA MALE, rules over the rest. HE eats first. HE has first choice of the Females .

Liberalism is just another form of Monarchy. There is the KING, and there is everybody else. The King controls all of the Lands in his Kingdom. His word is Law. His Will, be done. All who oppose him, do so, at their own peril.

Liberalism is a form of Controlled Holocaust. When the Herd becomes Unmanageable? Liberals tend to CULL the Herd, making it easier to Control. Just ask Hitler's Jews. Ask Stalin's Ukrainians. Ask the MILLIONS of Chinese and Cambodians, who got a Bullet to the head, for not pleasing their Alpha Male.

These are the Holy Sites of Liberalism. These are the Prophets of their Faith: Marx. Engels. Lenin. Stalin. Hitler. (That's right, HITLER! He was a National Socialist, and the only reason they PRETEND otherwise, is that they would lose their Liberal Jew support.) Mao. Min. Castro. Che. Mugabe. Chavez.

All of the Greatest Mass Murderers of the last 100 Years. Theirs are the Statues on the Liberal Parthenon. Did I mention TILLER the KILLER?

The Muslim has a Science Czar - John Holdren - who would like nothing more, than to put STERILANTS in to our Drinking Water.
Sieg Heil!

He has a Medical Czar - Ezekiel Emanuel - who'd like nothing more, to put in place a ONE CHILD Policy, like they have in China.
Sieg Heil!

He has Communists, and Marxists, and Socialists, and Maoists, and Anarchists, all in positions of Power, in his Administration. He has been Immersed in these beliefs, since BIRTH. He has surrounded himself with EVIL - and that's what they are - his entire life. Only now, he is the Alpha Male. And, as such, it is his duty to make the Offering to his GOD. Death. Which he is in the process of doing, as we speak.

Liberalism is a Religion of Blood. It is a Religion of Death. They mock the Christian Faith. They attack JESUS, at every turn. They put HIS image in their PISS, and they call it ART. They put SHIT on the Virgin Mary, and they call it ART. They march in the streets, their hands clenched in Fists of Rage, to defend their "RIGHT" to Murder their Unborn Child. They set up their Health Care Plan so that THEY will decide who Lives, and who "Gets a Pain Pill". You must have WORTH. To have none, is to be marked for Death, by the Keepers of the Faith.

Liberalism is a Godless Religion. Their Faux Compassion has always been for the Cameras. They hate the GOD of Moses, and the SON of Man. They would rather Murder the Innocent, than Suffer them to come unto ME. In fact, as far as I can tell, the only Real Compassion they have, is for the FREAKS among us.

They love the Gay, the Lesbian, and the Transgender Freaks, as they invade St. Peters' and throw their Condoms toward the Alter.

They love the Rapist and Robber, and they fight for their RIGHT to Vote.

They hold Candle Light Vigils, for the Murderer awaiting the Executioner's Justice, and they Cry when a Heartless BUTCHER of Unborn Babies, gets a taste of his own medicine.

Up is Down, and Good is Bad. Everything is a Lie. Everything of Light must be Torn Down, and Darkness put in its' place.

Like I said. Liberalism has always been with us, just by another name. EVIL. That's the only way to describe it. I see no: "Golden Rule" in Liberalism. No "Do unto others". It a Winner take all Proposition. To the Winner go the spoils. It's Kill or be Killed. But, mostly, it's a DEAL WITH THE DEVIL, which has been going on since the beginning. A Deal that always ends up in MASS MURDER.

Amen.

DC| 2.10.12 @ 11:30AM

BHO--you're dead on, sir. He doesn't care. As the article points out, his ideology is not capable of compromising. It is relentless, which is why whatever fraudulent, non-binding, and immediately reversible at the ruler's whim "compromise" he spits through his filthy mouth today won't be worth dogcrap. People like him, infected with the violent hatred of those who think differently, and respect an authority other than the State, won't rest until the "other" is disabled, neutered, and/or killed, as the One judges necessary or appropriate, with the help of his Harpy Angel of Death, Sebelius.
The central ordering principle of the One's ideology, and all of the post-1950s Democrat party, is that (in the words of a famous "green" totalitarian, "a boy is a pig is a rat is a fish." Which means, we the minions of the One, will ration you as we see fit. And you will bow your heads and pay for it.
So anyone (including some columnists/commentators on this site) who thinks that some compromise is at hand is delusional and ultimately, destructive of what opposition there is left to this evil.

The matter of who procreates and who does not is really of essential importance here. Consider these two official government policies:

1) Free birth control for all women, paid for by tax dollars (even before Obamacare) and abortion as a "Constitutional right."

2) Since 1964 virtually zero white, European immigration but LOTS of nonwhite, Third World immigration, and a refusal to deport 12 million illegal Mexicans by a president who has tw illegal alien relatives himself.

Add those official policies together, and what do you get? The end of the U.S. without a shot being fired.

Bobloblaw| 2.10.12 @ 7:17PM

I am continually amazed that 99% of conservatives have absolutely no clue what has been going on the in the USA since 1965. The beginning of the end of the USA as a Constitutional Republic began between 1965 and 1968.

But yet, conservatives still act like it is 1980, talk about non-existent Reagan Democrats and trust the good sense of the American voter.

As the poster above said, 50 years of unrestrained 3rd world immigration coupled with 50 years of NEA indoctrination has resulted in a nation that is NOT center right any longer. The Millennial Generation, brain washed by Marxism since kindergarten is by far the most left wing generation in American history. 2/3 voted for Obama, 2/3 will vote for Obama again. According to Rasmussen only 35% of this generation think that capitalism is superior to socialism, 35% say socialism and the rest arent sure, compared with only 10% of those over 65 who think socialism is better. That is your future elections, conservatives. By 2024, every election will be a LBJ landside for the left..every election.

I will make a bet right now. Despite Obamacare and Obama destroying the First Amendment, he will not only win re-election but will win MORE votes than in 2008. But inside the exit polls will be the scariest stat for conservatives. The GOP nominee WILL win a higher % of the white vote of any GOP candidate since Reagan in 1984. But the election will still be an Obama blow out.

KISS YOU SOCIETY GOOD-BYE.

California70| 2.12.12 @ 9:51PM

To Bobloblaw,
You said it correct! Another "critical thinker". Thank you sir.

BackToBasics| 2.10.12 @ 9:19PM

from your post - "The matter of who procreates and who does not is really of essential importance here"

Actually this matter IS of essential importance. I agree with you about immigration being almost all non-white; we do not need 99% of the immigration into America that we are getting. legal and illegal.

Yet, whites still make up 2/3 of the population and have less than half of the newborns starting in 2010. Skewed immigration numbers and birth control are not all that is happening to seriously change our demographics. Not all of it but the great majority of this change is purposeful. It does include immigration for sure but it also is occurring because we are "not" being correctly educated in the public schools or the churches either, to government assitance programs for the poor that encourages high birthrates, plus the poor are careless about birth control, etc, etc. To not speak the full truth about what is happening demographically in America is to give in to political "correctness." It's destructive to us as a nation to continue to tiptoe around PC nonsense.

Christine | 2.11.12 @ 5:36AM

I will take issue w/ one VERY small point - I believe that not ALL poor are "careless" about birth control = the more babies, the more money from the state. We routinely have 15/16 y/o children walking around town, (sometimes in the winter just to stay warm!) at all hours of the day and night.

I learned all this in a rather stark way when, not so long ago, (pre-Depression 2009 I will admit), I told a (white) neighbor, "Hey, Lowe's is hiring if you want a job." She looked at me, broke out in raucous laughter and said "Why should I get a job when MD pays me more to stay home?" And she only had two kids! (Also I know, from talking to her - no child support.) How can we change society for the better and yes, more in line of God's Will for our lives, with obstacles like this??

I can see where you started to say something on this very point, but I think it will get buried to the casual reader, as I had to go back and confirm that you didn't already say all this. You did, but not quite. Unfortunately I WILL "live to see the Deluge". *sigh* Maybe we can expect the Rapture before then? Maybe? Well, one can hope anyway. ~C~

BackToBasics| 2.11.12 @ 1:41PM

Interesting conversation you had, so very sad. It is part of what I was referring to when speaking about poor education in the schools and churches. I did not mention poor parenting though because the article and discussion was more centered on liberal public policy.

Yet, regarding parenting, in my opinion, I think the poor schooling, media propaganda and weak teaching in the churches is more DIRECTLY to blame for our current problems than poor parenting. In recent decades, I think that poor parenting has become more a symptom of bad or weak public policy through the government, schools, media and churches. After the bad/weak policy causes its' damage, the resulting bad parenting then becomes a part of the cause for societal breakdown.

I know this could be argued about and I am not being dogmatic here. But as I increasingly see it, government, schools, media and stronger teaching in churches could all be such forces for good yet they are much more negative than positive forces these days. It makes the weak even weaker and bad parenting by so many becomes a by-product or symptom of this onslaught.

True, not all poor are careless about birth control, but I meant it in a relative way compared to the middle and upper class. For the sake of brevity I do not always elaborate and think that the general point will come through.

Tina B| 2.13.12 @ 11:26AM

Yes, one can hope for the Rapture to come soon. But even if it doesn't, for those of us who know Him, we know He holds the future and we know He holds our hands.

"Be anxious, therefore, about nothing. . . " Phil 4:6

I can read Phillipians Chapter 4 over and over. I need to remind myself to work for His Kingdom, and let Him take care of my earthly circumstances.

"But seek ye first the Kingdom of God. . ." Matt 6:33

your vision of a totally WASP America is actually counter to the American Ideal. if it weren't for those 'others', you would live in squalor, with ignorant kids, starving and with no one to blame but ALL the other lazy incompetent whites.

Who cleans you house, picks up your trash, mows your laws, raises your children, builds your sunrooms and installs your swimming pools? Who picks your produce, cooks your fast food, washes your dishes and wipes down your tables?

Certainly not White Racists! YOUR America is crumbling from within very simply because White Supremacy is the same complete fraud it has ALWAYS been. Is there a lazier nigger on the planet than newt Gingrich?

BackToBasics| 2.12.12 @ 8:39PM

Agree Dobelady. I did not see in my post anywhere about the vision he has where all whites are living in splendor because people of color are serving them so. In fact if he were to look at my post, the implication is that "AMERICANS" and legal American citizens at that can do the work of building and keeping our country for themselves without government interference and preferences.

Curtis Rasmussen| 2.10.12 @ 3:50PM

If only we would go along with Obama's utopian vision of a sustainable society he would not have to kill millions of us prematurely. Those millions will always be those that take more benefits from the state than they pay in taxes, mainly the indigent, retired elderly, and the disabled.

Make no mistake; his green thumb is a bone white digit of the grim reaper.

BackToBasics| 2.11.12 @ 3:52AM

Agree Nemo. I said the same below and only after did I see your comment. I also added by implication below that he is NOT concerned about poor Catholic Hispanics procreating, nor middle class Hispanics, nor rich; just whites.

In such a statement as you quoted from the article above, conservative writers will often get close to the truth but pull their punches just short of doing any real damage. To attempt to quantify it to mak a point, conservative writers and speakers need to learn that adhering to political correctness by just 25% renders the truth and effectiveness of such "poignant" statements almost useless. We will never turn things around until we can speak common-sense truth again.

Dr.Ron Paul,
“I am deeply troubled by the flippancy with which President Obama recently discussed regulations that are alarming and troublesome for many Americans,”
“Not all Americans are comfortable with the Obama administration’s decision to mandate coverage of birth control and morning-after pills, and the considerations of these people, many of them Christian conservatives, are worthy of careful consideration — not mockery.”

“Many, like me, view this rigid regulatory overstep from which there is inadequate opportunity to self-exempt as payback to Planned Parenthood and big pharmaceutical companies for their support of Obamacare,” Paul said. “Many others oppose it out of strict moral conviction, and their voices should be heard at least to the extent that an authentic opportunity to exempt be provided.”

The "Moral convictions" of so many can be counted as aberrations of normal American beliefs. Simple proof: A few Catholic MALE leaders, the omnipresent KKK press corps of Fox et al, and you do not even make up a registerable minority. I agree with that sentiment however, the national socialists (hippies, if you will) in their anger towards conservative rules and practices, have for years been infiltrating society through the media and securing posts in the education "system", etc. They are truly a minority but it's like going to the DMV when you have all your paperwork in order, have the cash but some cubicle-monkey who takes offense at your very appearance decides to ruin your day. Or, they're so flatly ignorant, they handle your situation poorly. But they are in a position of power and you are at their mercy.

This is all by design. It's not so surprising a thing to note that the angry malcontents of the 60's decided to find ways to have power over others and get their agenda met. Remember their views on communism and socialism? Remember their views on free and irresponsible sex? And also remember that everything they ever did, communes, protests, even that stupid concert in upstate NY proved to be monumental failures.

They ushered in the tsunami of drug culture and failure and claim it was moving forward, man.

All throughout their meager lives, none of them have ever done anything that contributes to society. But, they figured out how to get things to go their way by doing what they did to their parents in the 60's with the manipulation, the guilt trip and out-and-out rebellion of that which is good in order to achieve their version of Utopia, which, as any critical-thinker knows, is a myth and unattainable.

They own the media, the education system and now they are in the government in a very big way. It is the end of the beginning.

And let me add that Steve Jobs and his gaggle of pals weren't so much hippies as they were nerds who liked tinkering with electronics and computing.

Though they may have spent some time smoking a joint or two, they were not your typical lazy, good-for-nothing angry teens. Doubt they spent much time at love-ins and Vietnam protests.

They then became *gasp* capitalists and produced and marketed revolutionary technology. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs became very, very wealthy men. Apple and Microsoft arose thanks to the invention of the microchip which was the result of tax dollars spent on the Aerospace industry.

The guys who invented the PC were as much like Bill Ayers and Jane Fonda as chalk to cheese.

Owsley Stanley became a millionaire manufacturing LSD for the hippes. Charles Manson got free housing for life. If you think Gates or Jobs was a hippy then your definition may need a little tuning up.

Jerry Rubin and the Chicago Seven were Yippies (socialist activists) more interested in revolution than turning on, tuning in and dropping out. Rubin did well in Wall Street, Abbie Hoffman write "Steal this Book", Bobby Seale formed the Black Panthers.

So, to which "hippy" were you referring?

Those of us who were paying attention knew this would happen, ObamaCare is filled with sections granting power the HHS. Like many, I called, wrote, faxed my rep / senators telling them they are giving power to the exectutive branch if they passed the bill. Many of us marched on DC to try to stop the bill from passing but in the end, trick plays ("budget reconciliation," takeover of student loans to make the CBO scoring look deficit neutral, other budget gimmicks, etc) and payoffs (Cornhusker Kickback, Louisians Purchase, etc.) with the media cheerleading got the bill passed.

We now wait on SCOTUS and have to hang our hats on whoever the GOP nominee is to undo the law...not a good position to be in. I hope by Obama overplaying his hand more eyes are opened and citizens vote him out of office and elect conservatives to the Senata / House

You've concocted a bogeyman in your fertile imagination that does not exist anywhere in reality. Frankly your column sounds a little crazy (and scary). I think America has far more to fear from fascist rants like this than Obama. To connect a healthcare mandate that forces religious affiliated institutions to supply birth control in their healthcare plans for their employees (who might not even be religious) with a secret plan for eugenics targeting Catholics is idiotic at best and simply outrageous.

Jeremiah Smirking| 2.10.12 @ 7:59AM

It's so ironic to hear fascists calling classical liberals fascists. The Democratic Party of today has more in common with the Italian Fascists of the 20s than any other group in history. Spot on there except for the fact they hate our own country which makes them even worse. I would also say there is quite a bit in common with the Nazi regime as well who were big on animal rights and environmentalism to extremes. Seriously look the Nazi platform and how much it has in common with the liberal agenda of the modern Democratic Party if you ignore the points that are specific to Germany because they are socialist and corporatist in nature. Jonah Goldberg's Liberal Fascism is an excellent book in understanding the connection of liberalism and fascism.

http://www.historyplace.com/wo.....points.htm

Notice the all caps towards end which says "COMMON GOOD BEFORE INDIVIDUAL GOOD"
And who is it that will decide what the "common good" is exactly? God given natural rights established by the Constitution are to be torn down and replaced by what the State decides is for the common good, this is what Ruth Ginsburg was getting at with her insults towards the Constitution and praise towards modern day secular Constitutions. And the HHS will determine what your rights are when it comes to healthcare and what is for the "common good." We are getting a taste of that now and if Obama gets another term and it is not overturned, the government will have a death grip over healthcare and death panels will pass judgment on who gets what according to their whims.

And outside of Paulbots, anti-Semitism is rampant only in the far left who coddle the Terrorist state of Palestine. Obama's good buddy Bill Ayers (who wrote Dreams of My Communist Father) was heavily involved in the flotilla and there is that video the Los Angeles Times refuses to show a video of Obama praising a Palestinian Hamas supporter. And of course there is his pastor of 20 years Rev Wright who is joined at the hip with Farrakhan in his hatred of Jews and Israel. Of course Obama does not support rounding up Jews and exterminating them but he doesn't seem to care a damn about Israel's right to exist and keeps pushing the phony "Two-State" solution.

Gary, you think emotionally and not logically. If you would study history and be just the tad bit suspicious of government, even a republican one, which as I'm sure you are, then pay equal time to the notion that the descent to national socialism takes place in steps, not all at once.

In case you haven't noticed, we have many tyrants in places of power in our government. Oh, let's start with Obama but it includes Pelosi, Reid, Holder and they have the adoring support of the major media outlets. The TV shows that are most popular are laced with the message that liberalism is good/conservatism is bad.

What do you think has been going on all these years? Do you just wander around and think that as long as it doesn't affect you, personally that it's not worth worrying about?

First they came for the Jews, but I did nothing, because I wasn't Jewish.

History is filled with how nations decline and I guess you have just demonstrated monumental failure to recognize how the little things become really big things.

Amen.

Okay, I wholeheartedly agree with George's editorial [and even more so with Ross' of today]. I do believe in the overall benefits of birth control, but certainly not so from the control of government as defined by George and Ross. Research of crime statistics, prison incarceration populations, etc will naturally and saldy reveal the ultimate end of an unplanned, unwanted, uncared for birth situation. Additionally, a pregancy prevention from same represents a possible improvement in life for certainly these female-mother victims since educational and job improvements are futuristically feasable. Again, government should not be involved in this and as George indicates, their socialistic propaganda methods involved in same are selfishly always present. Again, this whole situation is being programmed by the womens' liberation forces within this administration and the Democratic Party in general as an ideal opportunity to PROGRESS toward their radicalized goals, and no doubt also this represents and is an ideal opportunity for them to divert political attention away from the more critical issues facing this nation of the bankrupting economy and its causation from the exorbitant governmental defecits/debts by these Democratic thieves historically and especially within the last three years. I don't want the poor procreating either. I don't want anyone procreating who can't afford to care for their offspring. The problem here is the poor are REWARDED for procreating. Their stipends increase with each child. If the child is "diagnosed" with a D-disorder, OCD, ADD, ADHD, HDTV, DVD, etc... they become "disabled" and the stipend increases more. Does anyone here believe there aren't people procreating to get gain? We must STOP rewarding irresponsible behaviors. Why aren't women on state support prevented from breeding? Doing drugs? Spending the stipend on alcohol, drugs, gambling, strip clubs?? A law was proposed last week to prevent these events. Currently, they are legal. It is NOT society's responsibility to pay for irresponsible breeding - unless the individual volunteers their money to some charity. Bad behaviors are rewarded. Responsible behaviors are punished - higher taxes and the cavalcade of regulations. The irresponsible are outbreeding the responsible = they will hold a voting majority. The majority of Progressive policy - all the FAIRNESS laws have one purpose - to enable irresponsibility and punish law abiding, responsible behaviors. We are doomed unless and until human behaviors are held to an absolute standard and that standard based upon personal responsibility.

Death Panels:

If you accept the fact that evil exists in the world, then consider that Obamacare is just one more battlefield in the spritual war against humanity.
Just as the forces of Evil have led a war that has caused the death of millions of the unborn, Obamacare will open a new front against the elderly. The rationing board now being formed (Death Panel) will decide what treatments will be allowed and at what age will they stop. You may think that this will only affect "old people" but once they have power, they can determine whatever age level they want to stop treatment. Think of the pschological effect on all people, knowing that life-saving treatment could be cut off for them at some point in there lives.

The Death Panel will do all this, not to save money, but to inadvertently further the goal of Evil in waging its war against mankind. Evil has destroyed millions of the weakest among us, and now will start waring against the next weakest group, the elderly.

The rationing board is a much more dangerous aspect of Obamacare than the insurance mandate, and should receive much more attention than it is receiving.

Yes you are correct. It is pretty much in place now for Seniors. Example: You need a pacemaker? If you are over age 70, it will be denied and you will be given "comfort care" until you die, which won't be long if you needed a pacemaker for your heart. Dr. Berwick has written thousands of regulations for Medicare and Medicaid before he left. It will be Seniors now, then physicially and mentally handicapped, people with chronic diseases who are considered to expensive to treat, possibly premature babies and on and on. Dr. Berwick admired the British Healthcare System, which has severe rationing and lets people die all the time by witholding food and water. In Obamacare, his bean counters will tell your Doctor what treatments you can have and if they give you more, then they will be fined and penalized. The same for hospitals. Right now it is Seniors who have no worth as far as Obama and his band of merry men are concerned. Tomorrow, it may be another group of people who will have no worth. I read this bill numerous times before it was passed, and it gave me nightmares. I can not imagine, the kind of regulations that were written in the name of Obamacare.

Joe Biden never whispered “big f—king deal” in Obama’s ear – actually, when Obamacare zoomed through Congress, Biden whispered “now we’re gonna make some really big bucks” into one of those oversized auditory devices. Yes, sorry to disappoint, but Obama and his supporters don’t want to take over the world or corrupt your children with immoral laws or even convince you to become a card carrying Marxist – they’re content that you will remain a poor, law abiding, taxpaying capitalist. Think for a moment and try to name two, or even one of our past presidents who has given away more of your money than Mr. Obama – that’s right, your money. And how would turning you into a Marxist make Obama and his friends better off – c’mon, think about it, what satisfaction would that provide them versus the pleasure of spending your money on themselves?

Obama doesn’t want to strip you of your liberty but he wouldn’t mind confiscating more of your wealth. What Sen. Boxer realizes but Conservative pundits apparently never do is that Obama has only a short time on the throne and can’t become Ruler for Life under our system – not that he would object to the position but because any attempt to do so would result in a wasteful civil war. But Boxer would secretly agree that all this Obama legislation, all these Obama “visions” turned into law are sources of wealth making opportunities for someone – with that someone being a well-connected “Friend of the Democrats”.

While Conservative pundits foam at the mouth over Obama’s latest transgression against our Constitution, others working behind the scenes are planning to cash in on Obama’s most recent wet dream – and regardless of whether that dream is universal health care or alternative energy there is much “gold in them thar hills”. And, yes, Obama, Biden and their pals will be amply repaid for these favors – otherwise what’s the point of them giving away your money?

Its been obvious for over 70 years, there is NO RELIGION in big government. So they've been pushing out Christianity out of the town square and out as a regulating force in a person's life. So its anything goes and then get an abortion. We've become Sodom and Gemorrah. Marriage is redefined to suit those few in the minority. I suspect what comes next is forcing the Churches to perform gay marriages; then polygamy. What the heck, why not a marriage between a person and their dog, horse or sheep? See when there are no rules, there are no restrictions.

At the end of the day the situation this Nation finds itself in has many symptomatic outcomes but few root causes. Much of the heat and fury is wasted on trying to fix or manage the symptoms rather than fix the cause. To be concise, the root of much of our fiscal problems can be found in this phrase, "from each according to his means to each according to his needs". The bulk of what government does today and its cost overall centers around taking money from one citizen and giving to another and over time the growing numbers of those that have more "needs" than "means" as the government defines had necessitates shifting more and more of the burden onto those with the more "means"..... Even under a proportionate tax system as the Founder instituted the Warren Buffets of the world would still be subsidizing the Rodney Kings of the world but the cost of government in total would be restricted to what the average citizen could bear not what we have today where everything government does is based upon what the Buffets of the world can pay not what Joe the Plumber can pay. Government subsidized and "free" stuff have bid up the cost of government and everything it touches well beyond what the middle class can afford. Those elevated government salaries, benefits and pensions are just the tip of the iceberg of government's negative influence on the economy as a whole. Raising the cost of doing business in this country is a "tax" on every good and service produced in this country yet tens of millions still think business pays "taxes".

Regardless of your pet government program or subsidy like the Marriage tax deduction, it either has its own narrowly defmed pet contingency/special interest group or rent seekers as is now the new term or the entire population is owed money from future generations not yet born that there is simply no possibility can be paid at current tax rates. This same story has repeated countless times with what are thousands of government transfer payment programs now over the last 80 or so years. The solution to their shortfalls has always been rooted in the foundation statement above. Someone pays more so someone else can continue to live off the fruit of other people's labor. A little bit socialist and pregnant have some things in common with regard to reality.

The Baby Boomers for all their faults and failings have paid more than twice as much into Social Security to fund past generations short falls. The Boomers have paid the overwhelming bulk of the cost of Medicare and Medicaid for the WWII and prior generations. The follow on generations are simply too few and too unmotivated to pursue the USD to carry the tax burden that will be required to fund these minimum wage level programs for the Boomers. Those that sacrificed and saved a significant amount on top of paying a 6th of their income to past generations through Social Security and Medicare/ Medicaid and the bulk of the Federal income tax to all the other welfare programs end up being taxed on retirement while those that didn't normally pay income tax get a free ride.

It should go without saying what has been said numerous times throughout history that when you start seeing the function of government as a means to a subsidized life style that in time the whole of society wants on the same gravy train and society eventually collapses under the weight of the Slot class. We've got nearly 100 years of failed societies where some rendition of this nightmare has been tried and in the bulk of cases violence on a wide scale was part of the process.... Pandering to the animal instincts in humanity has never proven to be an enlightened path. We are way down that path in this Nation. The question isn't if we are going to fall but if we can prevent it in time. The Sloth class will not willingly give up their gravy train no matter what the reasoned argument is. Some people haven't got that memo it seems.

The current steward of Marxism in the White House understands the animal nature of his followers and panders to the baser instincts of men without conscience or morality. From his view he is just asking for “more” of what has become habit in American politics in the deconstructing of Founding principles. King George has nothing on our current King’s audacity and ruthless pursuit of a new kind of monarchy. I’m fond of saying, “an enduring weakness of Democracy is its lack of accountability”. The roots of our down fall are in the distance past where a generational debt was front loaded on the backs of a generation that hadn’t even been born. The trap was set and strung and there is no one alive to hold accountable today. Those who have studied Thomas Jefferson know his views on generational debt and he said more than once in his journey through his times that the tree of Liberty needed to be refreshed from time to time. The tree is a bit overloaded with vultures presently.

Here we and the Catholic Church stand all flushed at the latest indignation but in reality this is just the latest in a string of insults to the Constitution for which the Catholic Church has been partnered with on many prior occasions in the name of compassion….. Just as no woman can be a little bit pregnant, no Republic can survive being a little bit socialist.

Anyone can do the following: Google his swearing in ceremony-look at the disgusted look on his face as he took the oath of office. Doesn't take a Ph.D. to see how much disdain he had for the Constitution and the bible that he had to touch. The oath meant nothing then. His actions for three years prove it. 'Preserve, protect and defend'. He hasn't. How to define high crimes and misdemeanors? Clearly this has been done. This latest slug fest with the Catholics is a distraction from the real point. The GOP would not have lost congress in 2006 and Hillary likely would have elected in 2008 and even with a Dem congress the GOP would never have been reduced to 178 House members and 40 Senators. There would have been probably 45+ GOP Senators and close to 200 GOP House members come Jan 2009.

For too long churches and their local pastors have been silent, while secular government shapes public policy, thereby molding (bad) morality to accommodate the ever encroaching downward trend of fallen human nature. In short, Christianity, as represented by modern churches, its leadership and flocks, has shirked their responsibilities, failing to be the "salt of the earth" and "exposing the deeds of darkness,” as commanded by Holy Scripture, the same Scripture they profess to trumpet. [Matthew 5:13,14 and Ephesians 5:11]

For too many decades, Christian churches and their leadership have allowed themselves to be mum on moral issues while liberal politicians exercise their raw influence by abusing the public trust given them by election. Rather than carefully appropriating hard earned taxpayers' money, irresponsible and unworthy politicians misuse those entrusted monies for their selfish and politically targeted interests, among which have been to feed the insatiable immoral desires of destructive culture bashing endeavors, such as Planned Parenthood's subtle agenda of abortion genocide. And, all this, on the taxpayers' dime, contrary to citizen individual consciences:

"Abortion genocide:"

http://conservapedia.com/Abortion_genocide

Many others and I are most concerned about our nation's preservation, according to the Declaration of Independence principles of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." We could list other areas of government attempted political molestation where First Amendment rights are under assault. For instance - the whole area of the taxpayer funded Educational Industry, where government collusion with bully (type) unions, have mandated the godless instruction of evolution and the exclusion of opposing views.

......The raffish Greg Gutfeld, who, despite his screwing around on the set, remains Fox's deepest and most perceptive observer of politics and culture, made the valuable point on "The Five" recently that one of the sick motivations behind the HHS mandate is a form of eugenics and ironic class warfare: Obama does not want the poor to procreate.......

BackToBasics| 2.11.12 @ 1:45AM

from the article - "To put the point even more directly, Obama does not want the Catholic poor to procreate."

Bold statement that keeps within your article's main point but in reality it doesn't go far enough.

Obam doesn't want whites of any background to procreate. Also, I don't think he is concerned about Hispanic Catholics procreating.

BackToBasics| 2.11.12 @ 3:01PM

Mr. Neumayr, in rereading your article, I see you were more in line with making the point that by extension, Obam's birth control policy on religious and private institutions is a form of warefare against religion itself. I agree.

Just as egregiously and maybe moreso, I also think if he could somehow subtly manage it, he would not hesitate to form any policy whatsoever to reduce the numbers of white babies born. To drop this would be an even bigger bomb than the birth control policy he's trying to force on everyone now. But step 1 is to do what he's doing now. The other may very well come later the way things are going. I am concerned that it's better to warn about this currently rather than later due of fear of the PC "police."

jstwndring| 2.11.12 @ 2:38AM

And all of it masquerading as compassion. Can't you all just feel the love coming from the left? You will, soon enough.

Fiscal| 2.11.12 @ 5:53AM

This column, and the comments that follow, are an example of why the Republican party is shrinking. So called "Conservatives" have become religious extremists oriented towards whites rather than primarily fiscal stalwarts oriented towards the current demographics. This turns off many fiscal conservatives who are not rabid religionists.

The argument made about the effect of non-white immigrants is obviously true. But then again, this land was occupied by non-Christian Indians prior to the IMMIGRATION of the whites who colonized this country. Immigration is a fact. The key is how to capture these new Americans and not turn them off with anti-White rhetoric or severe Christianity. In a country that was founded on religious freedom and optimism, it is harmful to see a political party increasingly against other religions and showing great anger and hostility.

It is not a bad thing to be religious, but it is a bad thing to force those religious beliefs through government action.

Conservatism needs to be more inclusive, less religious, and more positive. The rhetoric should not be hate for Obama (which turns most Americans off), but should be a positive message about inclusiveness, optimism, and the ONLY way to keep this country strong.

Most of you also forget that the vast majority of Democrats consider themselves to be highly religious. Perhaps they aren't evangelicals like most of you, but to denigrate them or consider them as misinformed is a huge mistake. Believing in social welfare and helping the poor is just as "Christian", perhaps even more so, than some of the right wing beliefs.

Demographics is destiny and if you guys don't start accepting this fact and develop a message that is inclusive and positive, then you are hurting the drive for fiscal sanity in this country. There is no fiscal sanity on the left -- but most people in this country don't share your hate and religious bigotry.

For those of us who want a bright future for our grandchildren, you are hurting the cause with your rhetoric. I'm sure most of you will continue to conflate your "Christian" message with being a "Conservative", but just know that there is a better way to fiscal sanity in this country.

reason and experience:
intellectually honest wisdom of reality derived with logical, rational, analytical justification, based on awareness of accumulated knowledge understood through observations of life and the world, used to make persuasive judgements with good cause

emotional prattle:
intellectually dishonest meaningless nonsense lacking reality derived with illogical, irrational, unanalytical explanation, based on ignorance of arbitrary feelings understood through observations of life and the world, used to make foolish judgements with poor effect

Liberals unintelligently and dishonestly emotionally prattle devoid of reason and experience. This is true socially, politically, economically, religiously, scientifically.

You state "In a country that was founded on religious freedom and optimism"

This country established freedom founded on the justification and authority derived and based on Judeo-Christian religious principles.

You state: "Believing in social welfare and helping the poor is just as "Christian", perhaps more so, than some right wing beliefs"

It doesn't matter that liberals "consider themselves to be" compassionate, what matters is what they in reality are. Liberals in reality are not helping the poor, they are in reality hurting the poor and rich and everyone in between.

You introduce and use the race card liberally, and state conservatives "have become religious extremists oriented towards whites"

Conservatives are oriented to all men created equal by their Creator.

The political debate in this nation is not between two equals disagreeing about the details; liberalism offers only emotional prattle.

Your comments would be more convincing if it contained less of it.

Obama has carefully constructed a specific strategy to allow the federal government to encroach on the religious freedom of all Americans because he is a secularist agnostic and wants to see any expression of religious freedom banished from the American life style choices. Obama has a deep held belief that religion has no place in America because it interferes with government’s ability to control our lives.

This "accommodation" is a farce, since the insurance companies will just pass along the cost of the "free" contraceptive coverage to the Catholic institutions buried in the normal rate increases generated by everything else in Obamacare. The fundamental underlying problem goes beyond this particular provision of Obamacare. The real issue is the old Supreme Court decisions which vastly expanded the original scope of the Constitution's interstate commerce clause and limited its protection of religious freedom. We will not be able to stop and roll back Obamacare or the numerous other ever-increasing expansions of the federal leviathan until we have restored the original meaning of these clauses. Given how entrenched those old decisions are, we can only accomplish this by amending the Constitution to reverse these Supreme Court misinterpretations of the Constitution's original meaning and structure. Predictably Neumayr tries to divert the spotlight from the illiberal, anti-democratic Catholic Church onto secular society. The hierarchy of that church, unwilling to use its only enforcement mechanism (thank God) excommunication, on it's members is turning to the government to do what it cannot or will not do itself. The hieracrchy, whose moral compasses failed badly when it came to protecting child, is now showing that it's moral compass is no better in protecting women.

If you believe the church's teaching is valid, nobody is going to make you take contraceptive measures. What the government is doing is helping women who want to be responsible and moral in their family planning maintain that freedom.

There are nine ways of being an accessory to another's sin: by counsel, by command, by consent, by provocation, by praise or flattery, by concealment, by partaking, by silence, and by defence of the ill done.

Abortion is murder. Murder is a mortal sin. Therefore, abortion is a mortal sin.

Anyone who has supported abortion or who continues to support abortion is committing a mortal. Pelosi, Sebelius, and any Catholic who falls into this category is danger of spending eternity in fire.

Their bishops are in danger too because they have not publicly admonished them or taken the stronger step of excommunicating them. Those who support abortion are scandalizing true Catholic faithful and will pay the price on the day of judgment.

Catholics who do not know about mortal sin and its consequences are being endangered by bishops and priests who do not do their jobs. The souls of these poor ignorant might be endangered by their ignorance but the souls of their supposed teachers will definitely be endangered.

There is a very simple part of Scripture that is so overlooked. Simply put, it says this:

Pro 6:16 There are six things the LORD hates— no, seven things he detests:

Pro 6:17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that kill the innocent,

Pro 6:18 a heart that plots evil, feet that race to do wrong,

Pro 6:19 a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family.

Notice the part that simply says, " hands that kill the innocent"

It has been stated before, by whom I can't remember, abortion is the ONLY law that allows for the killing of the innocent and freedom for those that would kill.

The Bible goes on to say, "Vengence is mine, says the Lord". I realize references to the Bible is a tremndously "politically UN-correct" thing to do these days. But, when the day comes when the Lord DOES IN FACT pour out His vengence for the shedding of these innocent one's blood, THEN the truth will be seen for all to see. Only problem is, then, it'll be too late for anyone to do something about it.

Skip,

Just because I see the conservatives as religious bigots (their view of Islam as an example), does not mean I agree with liberals on the best way to solve the poverty issue. The problem is than when you base your views on ideology rather than rational thought, you can't philosophically agree on solutions.

Secondly, the fact that this country was started by Christians (not Jews) makes the statement of "Judeo-Christian" very misleading. I find it hard to see where Jewish law was the basis for our Constitution. Furthermore, the founders of our country did not codify a Christian deity, only a "creator". If you have studied logic, you would know that the fact that our laws were formed by Christians from Christian countries, does not necessarily mean they were formed from Christian orthodoxy.

My conclusion remains that if Conservatives spoke more about small government solutions and less about religion, they would garner a greater majority and thus we would have a chance of getting a smaller federal government and lower spending. Remember that the codification of Christian ideology into law, like laws against abortion, requires a bigger government, not a smaller government.

Better; less emotional prattle, avoided the race card.

Social rights and political rights are as important to a healthy society of 'we the people' as economic rights.

Fiscal - Not all of our Constituion was based on Christian New Testament teaching. Humanist and Old Testament sources were also used. One good OT example is Isaiah 33:22 - "For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king (president); he will save us."

This was part of the inspiration for the checks-and-balances of our 3 branches of government. Deuteronomy and Leviticus OT books were also widely used to help determine judicious rulings in matters of court early on.

Obama has been ripped from the pages of a George Bernard Shaw talking point.

Richard M. Doerflinger, an official of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Biships, was asked whether that meant that a Catholic owner of a sporting-goods store who believed that use of birth-control pills is immoral should be able to offer health insurance excluding that coverage. He said it did."

This is crazy. Now we have every PRIVATE employer deciding what they consider immoral medical treatment and being able to exclude that from their insurance policy. This is way beyond birth control and Catholics. The continued over reach of conservatives never ends. Health Care is a public issue and should be treated as such with appropriate carve outs for religious issues. They are now trying to make it a corporate issue with each company deciding what they will cover and claiming moral objections to others they will not cover. In five-ten years we will have a one payer system because of positions like this

“Reading the news how new skycrapers are rising in Vietnam’s Ho Chi Min City, announcing the rising prosperity in that communist country, I am reminded of what happened with the cities of Leningrad, Stalingrad, and Titograd, among others. After unspeakable terror, mass murders, and utter poverty, these cities immortalizing the communist demi-gods now unmasked have again reverted to their original names – St. Petersburg, Volgograd, and Pristina. This cannot but give me hope that 1) Ho Chi Min City will one day become again Saigon, and 2) that we will not one day wake up with Washington DC being renamed as Obamagrad.” I sent this to both of our local papers – hoping that the FBI will not be directed to visit me.

He is evil. On Breitbert's Big Peace website there is an article which states that Obama this week sought to block legislation which would hold Iran responsible for the bombing by Hezbollah that killed 241 U.S. marines in 1993.

In addition, he has created legislation which changes the criteria for how a service person draws combat pay. They will now have to be fired on first to be eligible. That means that no one in Afghanistan will be eligible. I really think this guy was sent to destroy us by one of the middle eastern nations. A Saudi prince pulled strings to get him into Harvard and paid for his law school education.

What a gigantic heap of steaming horse-apples. I do't think I've ever read, in my almost 60 years, a worse opinion piece, a more pathetic collection of vicious biblical literalist propaganda, and fascist drivel.
Perhaps the author could actually read something of the life of Margaret Sanger, whose mother died during childbirth with her umpteenth pregnancy because the parish priest forbade her and her husband to use any form of birth control. And the fact that enthusiasts for eugenics ran the gamut from Sanger to corporate titans, to politicians of both sides of the aisle.
To pretend that religious idiocy and delusions regarding what abortion is should be the gold standard for everyone is the worst sort of constitutionally-banned tyranny. And to pretend the Catholic church has any moral authority, at all, is to pretend that institutionalized child rape on a planet-wide scale is not worthy of condemnation far more ascerbic than this little ignorant screed about Obama. But then again, the right has never given a tinker's damn about children once they're born.....why should this attitude surprise me at all.

Heap of Steaming Prattle| 2.14.12 @ 11:36AM

What all the vicious ignorant ascerbic biblical fascist drivel you've exposed with a brilliant gigantic collection of reason, all intelligently and honestly substantiated, through more than a half century of experience, literally avoiding any pretended condemnable authority based only on emotional meaningless nonsense, is highlight the integrity and compassion of an individual who virtuously fought to save the lives of the more than 54.5 million women who would have died, died mind you, had they not exercised by choice to kill the life of their own offspring, after they had not exercised by choice to not become pregnant, and reveal - with the gold standard of principled logic - how those opposed to those who fail to avoid pregnancy yet fail to avoid killing the unalienable life of their own flesh and blood are delusional and unconstitutional tyrants.

stan redmond| 2.14.12 @ 2:35PM

Classy. But rather than argue about birth control here look at it this way. Some day a republican conservative president will be elected. And with the Precedent set by Kind Obama [pbuh] you will be subject to the whims and orders of an all powerful Republican King.
