This Trafficking Is Nuts
Obama’s ACORN condones what Hillary’s State Department condemns.
By now the only people who have not heard about the undercover video reports that expose the radical housing and election fraud group ACORN as human trafficking enablers are those who limit their news consumption to the formerly mainstream media. That is few.
The rest know about the damning evidence captured by activists James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles, who (as of this writing) have shared via the new Big Government website (has one ever seen a more splashy debut?) the criminal intentions of ACORN tax and housing specialists in Baltimore, Washington, Brooklyn and San Bernardino, Calif.
There’s plenty to nauseate taxpayers who, according to a Washington Examiner analysis, have seen $53 million in federal funds flow to the organization and its affiliates since 1994. Nudging the ACORN employees into territory with which they seemed all-too-comfortable, James and Hannah requested help obtaining a home for their brothel while seeking advice on how to deceive the government, avoid paying taxes, hide their illegal business, file false documents, violate campaign finance laws, and likely a host of other felonies.
That list is an infuriating peek into where the mind of a publicly funded crook would go. As elicited by the “pimp and the prostitute,” the ACORNers came off as routine, wink-and-a-nod corruption condoners, if not perpetrators.
Then you get to the child sex trafficking. Did James and Hannah know something ahead of time about the depths of these sick minds? Convicted predators are unacceptable even among their fellow prisoners, often getting beat up or killed behind bars. But the ACORN workers acted as if sexual abuse of kids was just another hurdle to overcome for their potential clients.
To refresh, after James and Hannah recorded a stupefying amount of desire to aid and abet, they posited the following at the Baltimore ACORN office:
James: Well here is the problem: Not only does Kenya (Hannah) have her business, do her thing, but she works with girls who are like 14, 15.
Kenya (Hannah): Well there are like 13 girls from El Salvador that I have kind of gotten wind on the street that they are coming and I have let the right people know that I am interested in taking care of them and getting them used to the area and getting them used to society.
Shira (ACORN worker): That you keep to yourself.
Later came more advice to keep the prostitution ring quiet:
Shira: No, no, no, no, you don’t bring that up. [Kenya/Hannah] is purchasing a house. Do not. She is buying a house to live in….
James: We understand.
Kenya: Okay no phones, no El Salvadorian girls…
Shira: No nothing.
James: Well they still exist but you just don’t talk about it….

OK ; Acorn is a scam, we new that. The problem is that ABC tv's C Gibson said yesterday that he didn't know they, Acorn, had a problem! That's is the problem! Until the main media starts to cover the facts of whats going on it will keep going on. We must let them all know what a scam they are part of. Get off the bench and get in the game.

I love the turd's double standards - he will spend hour after hour parsing the FISA stuff down to the atomic level in search of some process law that was broken - he's like Captain Ahab searching to the ends of the earth for Moby Dick.
(Except Ahab at least provided a service for the world. The turd is simply what a liberal society excretes. )
Meanwhile, the raison d’être of the wiretapping was to catch terrorists who were plotting to kill Americans. The raison d’être of ACORN is to institutionalize corruption. But for the Turd, ACORN = good, catching terrorists = bad. Folks, that, in a nutshell, is liberalism.
For the Turd and his ilk, the rightness or wrongness of a policy or an act have nothing to do with their experience of life whatsoever. It's all about advancing the liberal ball down the field. And liberalism, like the Turd, is nothing but dishonesty, fraud, posing, preening, greed, anger and hate.
Like a lawyer with no scruple (but that's redundant) who parses every aspect of a case looking for any technicality to get a serial killer off - or to convict an innocent man (if that's how the ideological cookie crumbles), the turd cares not one whit about the consequences of actions in the real world. I guess we owe you are gratitude, Turd, for crystalizing in a sentence the banality of evil.
"You're a terrorist? Well, sir, we'll treat you like the VIP we think you are, because we agree! America sucks! Nothing's too good for you! Five-star hotel, kid gloves, room service at all hours of the night, Koran."
"You're a conservative, patriotic American with a sense of right and wrong? I'LL KILL YOU WITH MY BARE HANDS!"
With ACORN, their myriad transgressions are manifest, the corruption is obvious. The sewage that this fraudulent organization produces stinks up this entire country and is nauseating to anyone who has a sense of smell - but of course, when it comes to democrats and their transgressions, the Turd and the MSM have clothespins on their noses.
And now, with ACORN, all of a sudden the Turd and his ilk - who've spent 8 years overturning every rock they can find in an effort to invent a crime with which to to screw the Bush administration like wanton whores - are now delicate, pristine virgins when it comes to the law! Suddenly, the Turd's standard of outrage is much laxer. With Bush, he checks every "t" that is crossed and every "i" that is dotted and woe unto the Bush Administration if he finds a molecule out of place. Off with their heads!
With ACORN, however, the standard is, "Hey! no convictions means no guilt! This is the attitude of the career criminal. The Turd is outraged that anyone might accuse ACORN of being anything less than the handmaidens of god even as the absolute scum that this organization epitomizes oozes copiously like a gangrenous wound.
You know turd, you really are a sleazy, amoral piece of crap. I need a shower every time I see your name.
If you were a bit more of an original thinker, perhaps the ACLU could use you. In the meantime, I hear ACORN has a couple of job openings. Trust me. You'll fit right in.

ReToddard may be only a troll, but his comment is representative of the strained defenses of ACORN mounted by Liberals occuring across the varied media spectra. It's all too priceless for words.

Yes, the ACORN story is flat out amazing in many ways. We are learning much about the American left as it unfolds, and this is a very good thing.

Grzmlyk: You once warned me not to respond to the Turd, but alas I didn’t listen to you and got dragged into his little world for awhile, just to realize in the end you were right and he’s better left ignored. But here you are today, ignoring your own good advice by responding to “it”. So I figure you must have the day off today, or maybe you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
I imagine right now the Turd is sitting in his little Bat-Cave in the dark, most likely naked, copying each and every one of your paragraphs, to dissect you post word by word. In the end his response will be the same old crap we’ve read from him a million times before, because he’s just a sad broken record. But I look forward to checking this out later to see how it turns out. As always I’m cheering you on, and expect to have to bring out my old dictionary to fully understand all your words, and how you kicked his ass.
On a side note, I made it to the 9/12 march on Washington D.C. with my niece and nephew, and I believe I may have steered them into the right lane for life because of it. It was an awesome event, even if only “60,000” of us protesters showed up.

It's interesting that ACORN just suspended taking business from "new clients" while they have an internal review. Right.
The other thing interesting is that, in each case I'm aware of ACORN has loudly proclaimed innocence and that the tapes were altered and that the workers were merely leading those brave young kids on, and also firing those innocent workers.
This, by the way, is leftist loyalty. It will take more than I can do in one comment but if one goes back to look at what happens to the followers of leftists and how the leaders turn out you will see that it's always that way. See Lenin/Stalin v Trotsky on down to the leftist leaders of the '60s and '70s ending up mostly in the upper middle class al la Abby Hoffman and Ayers. There should be a lesson there, few will heed it.
