ChiComs Hack Congress

Pelosi none too concerned. Also: Who succeeds Robert Gates?

BREAKING AND ENTERING
Republican members of the House of Representatives weren't surprised by the report over the weekend that entities with ties to the Communist Chinese government had been spying on more than 100 governments and other institutions, such as the Dalai Lama, via a computer program.

The ChiComs and hacker organizations routinely attempt -- sometimes successfully -- to hack into House computer systems, as well as other U.S. government institutions.

"Beyond vigilance and security, there isn't much more we can do about it," says a House Republican member, who says that last year colleagues' computers were hacked after they or their staffs had met with human-rights advocates on ChiCom human rights abuses. "It's getting now that you just expect it, and plan for it," says the member.

Yet even though House Republicans have raised the issue with Democrat leadership, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has chosen not to pursue the issue with the Chinese government. "Her position is that our national security agencies and Homeland Security are dealing with this issue, we don't have to," says a House Democrat leadership aide. "It's not her place."

Yet according to some House Democrats, she has chosen to insert herself into business negotiations or business dealings between California constituencies and the Chinese business entities, all of which have ties in some form to the ChiCom government.

But Pelosi's soft on China's cyberterror strategy may backfire on her. The Obama Administration is expected to announce next week an aggressive plan to counter such hacking and data theft.

DEFENSE BUILDUP
The White House, according to sources, has already begun looking ahead and planning for a transition period for Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who is expected to stay on in that post for perhaps another year to implement Obama's revised Afghanistan strategy.

"We learned a lot from seeing how poorly the Clinton Administration dealt with the Pentagon coming into office," says a Defense transition team member. "And they didn't come close to having the challenges the previous administration had and which we were picking up. This administration wanted the military establishment to be its friend, and we think we did a pretty good of getting them to that point."

The man expected to replace Gates? Retired Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel, who has been traveling around the globe giving speeches on defense and national security policy.

Empress Nancy was too busy getting botoxed and plumping her lips to worry about National Security. She's got her priorities, people--get over it.

Oh goodie, President Obama-ayers has Gates, an ostensible Republican to take the rap for the beginning of unilateral disarmament. Then, we'll get Comrade Hagel, RINO-in-Chief to finish the job. It's like the answer I got from Senileter Warner or was that Webbie, to the effect the Stimulus Bill was a bipartisan effort. (Thanks to the 3 RINO's.) Bishop and sometime Secretary-of-State Pelosi is such a disgusting creature it is impossible to describe her. God Help us.

The Democrats are playing a violin while the U.S. burns. This is ridiculous! One of their main responsibilities is to protect the nation and they cannot even do that! ChiComs are spying on us for a reason and it is NOT because we are threat. This is a dereliction of duty. The Democrats are an American disgrace!

If I were the Chi Com leader, I'd damn well want to hack into Congressional computers to see what the hell these fools are up to. After all, the Chi Coms own the country now. Come to think of it, why do this surreptitiously? Seems to me the Chi Coms can demand that Congress and Obama do what the Chi Coms say or they'll call in their debt and bankrupt the U.S., maybe even, fire Obama and Congress. How about demanding that Obama and Congress show up before the People's Republic for hearings, under oath? Obama and Congress have found their match, something and someone they can't bully, but can be bullied by.

God help us and protect us from evil and harm!! Gates should stay in. Hagel the Rino. Terrible senator who did not represent nebraskans. Prime Minister Pelosi has got to go!

So the only people stupid enough to read the Porculus Bill were the Chicoms!? No wonder they were so concerned about US Bonds. Tapping into Congress's computers, that'll show you that no one knows how to waste time better than a commie. I just picture a huge building full of hard-faced commie spies intently reading the appropriation for the Dill Pickle Museum and taking copious notes. Maybe they use it as a torture device..."Sign the confession or we'll make you read the extended remarks in the Congressional Record!" The internet and the descent into drooling idiocy this society has undergone in the last few years not only has destroyed the concept of secrecy but has so lowered the intellectual level that there isnt any point in keeping anything secret. If those commies want to invade they should just do it, there's nobody in any position of authority that would do anything to stop them. In fact if they came over here and levied their 15% flat tax rates on income and chucked the Glow-Bull Warming baloney we'd be better off than the current crop of Obamunists who are wrecking the country from the inside.

I have it on good authority that Chuck Hagel's plane will crash tonight.

brutus| 3.30.09 @ 10:39PM

Thought we'd gotten rid of that RINO for good. Hagel, like a bad penny, he just keeps coming back.

Joshua Price| 3.31.09 @ 11:31PM

I honestly don't believe there will be much difference between Chuck Hagel and Robert Gates. In my opinion, Gates is essentially a RINO himself. Hagel might more slightly more liberal, but not much.

As for the ChiComs spying on us, we have to wake up and realize that China is at war with us economically and from an intelligence gathering/spying standpoint. They have been for years. But the globalists in both parties and on Wall Street (including Pelosi) have told us to turn a blind eye because China is such an important trading partner. The problem, however, is that we don't have a partnership with China. China virtually owns us. Our so-called trading "partnership" is absurdly one-sided.

We must recognize that China possesses a powerful economic weapon over us--the ownership of our debt and reserves. Not good.

Poptropica | 4.8.10 @ 8:28PM

poptropica is a really fun game to play but people quickly discover that it’s a lot different than other popular kids games like Club Penguin or Dizzywood, where kids can meet up anywhere and chat or hang out. Most of poptropica is a single-player experience where you try to complete missions and quests in the game.
But Poptropica does have places where players can meet up to chat and even “battle” each other in a friendly way to earn status and points. Each island has a special area called a multiplayer room where different players can meet. For example, the Coconut Cafe in Shark Tooth Island. In order to connect with a friend, players should choose which island to play on and then head into the multiplayer room to chat and play games.
Tip: Friends should share their character names and describe their outfits to each other to allow for quick identification. Due to the popularity of Poptropica and the way it handles rooms, it might be necessary for them to re-enter and exit the multiplayer room before they can see each other.
