In the bizarre world of federal money giveaways, every local, county and state government has mastered the art of grant writing, in order to feed at the trough. After 9/11, the term "first responders" became the prerequisite term of art in order to access the pot of gold. Any ordinary expenditure could and can be obtained from the Feds, without risking the ire of the local taxpayers, just by using the magic words. I wonder what words we'll have to use when Hillary and the Dems get control of our healthcare system? I'm betting on HELP and PLEASE MAY I. br> -- A. DiPentima /p> p>
