Anyone can get that rate if they adhere to the NYT's regulations for that type of advertising. I realize that you are only looking to further the Conservative Cause, and do not want to be troubled by getting tiny little things like facts getting in the way. But if you are going to say it out there like this, you should make sure it's true.
