I have also been the primary defendant, along with several POWs and one of their wives, in the Kerry-inspired lawsuits for nearly two years. p>As you might guess, I was gratified to see someone is actually following our situation. I was even more impressed to see you have written about the Winter Soldier film and the “actors” in that. As it turns out, they are key in our legal defense which, essentially, has come down to disproving virtually every atrocity claim made by these men and, in the process, thoroughly discrediting Kerry and his 1971 testimony. p>It's been hard and expense work to track down documents, witnesses and military records but we are coming very close to achieving our goal.
