After all, it was he who knew his colleagues so well that he knew they had no spinal column, and that starts with Sen. Frist and permeates virtually the entire GOP caucus. The Constitutional option should have been invoked long, long ago. Even if the vote had been lost, it would have exposed the RINOs in all their true glory. If the trigger had been pulled on the option three years ago, we might have exposed Sen.
