Ronnie Earle is hardly a “prosecutor no-one has heard of before.” He is in fact the prosecutor that was laughed out of court after trying for a couple of years to indict Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison on equally spurious charges. He is very well known in Texas, and on record, for his determination to try and bring down any and all prominent Republican politicians within his jurisdiction. Perhaps Mr. Tabin would be more comfortable at the Nation with Katrina Vanden Heuvel. Shame, shame on The American Spectator . Mr. DeLay deserves better.
