I think your writer needs to lookup the word “eugenics.” To save him some time here it is: “The study of hereditary improvement of the human race by controlled selective breeding” (from dictionary.com).p>The reason why this word does not apply in this case is that virtually none of these aborted fetuses would have ever bred if they had been born.
