I have made many, many trips to New Orleans over the years with the primary intent of visiting the Hall. Mr. Carter got the feel of the place exactly right, and it's good to know there are folks out there who appreciate its importance. New Orleans isn't all just Hurricanes and breasts on Bourbon Street.
